Firstly i have to say something about Sam thomas one the reps for Lightning Fibre he told about the various plans and we picked one that right for us, so i had lightning Fibre installed by Joao and Dom they were very clean and tidied the area in which they were working.
Then came the teething problems trying to connect so i contacted LF and was talking to an advisor by the name of Karen who explained how to connect everything so they could talk to each other, then came the big issue i wasn't getting the speed no what i tried or was advised i couldn't get the speed, so after numerous attempts to resolve these issues, so i decided to invest in a new laptop has mine was getting on a bit, connected the new one to LF and BOOM was blown away by the speed not just the download speeds but even the upload speed as well and i am very happy with the outcome and a big thankyou to all the team at Lightning Fibre

Tanya and Tony were the installers who expained everything perfectly. Polite, professional and friendly. An extremely positive introduction to Lightning fibre and well recieved. Installation took less than estimated and i'm completely satisfied I made the switch as i'm experiencing top bench broadband service!

Absolutely fine, good value and OMG, it's fast. Customer service and tech support are very good. Installation is competent. Five stars for Lightning Fibre.
My only gripe is how long will it take to damage a cable? Please(!) armour them. Elsewhere (NOT Lightning Fibre but a similar Co.) I've found that when other contractors work alongside runs in the same void space or surface run, these fragile cables are all too easily damaged.
ps. I'm using my own Netgear Nighthawk R8500 router - just personal preference, there's nothing wrong with Lightning Fibre's router. Had a slight problem with setting up - an easy work around was to reset it.

Great install. Even when there was a nearby fibre failure several nights later, the issue was resolved within 30 mins of reporting it - and the resolving engineer kept me up to date. Can't fault anyone.

The lightning fibre installation went smoothly. The guy's (Matt and Ash) arrived on time and were polite and friendly. The work was carried out quickly and they answered any questions I had about the installation and positioning of any equipment. There was no mess and when they had finished they made sure everything was connected and working correctly. My internet is now super fast and performing better than the package supplied. I am on the basic 100mbps package, the speed test shows it running at 108mbps! Overall great service from lightning fibre with the bonus of being a locally based company. 😃👍

An exceptionally good deal with LF helping to pay my early termination fees with Vodafone by offering free months subscription to balance it out. Good installation process although the service went live two weeks after the agreed date due to some kit being required to get the nearby street cabinet up and running. Communications on the delay could’ve been handled better and I was not really kept in the loop but on the whole I was happy with the cost and installation. Fibre is better than copper so I am a happy customer. Speed is as specified; fast!

The installation was quick. Tanya and Stu who did the installation were very friendly, professional and quick. The wires were not noticeable at all. I would definitely recommend the service as the speed of the broadband is as advertised with no day or evening drops in speed.

The day arrived that I was going to have full fibre to the house installed and was so pleased.
And Joao, Dom and Rachel arrived to install it, it was done quickly and very neat tidily, with no mess left behind when they finished.
The full fibre went live a few days after they finished the installation, and O. M. G. What a difference It was,
I was getting about 70Mbs on the old copper wire into the house, but now it is showing on my computer 450Mbs what a difference.
I also had a range extender router so now all the dead spots have full fibre at a good speed.
I have connected all my Wi-Fi devices and they all work perfectly and fast, there is no waiting around for the old internet to work.
I recommend Lightning Fibre they have been so helpful and there routers are first class.
