Lightning Fibre were very efficient from start to finish of the install. From the set up of the appointment to getting up and running everything went smoothly. The punctual install team of Matt, Leon and Lewis did a really neat job and kept things tidy. I was kept updated of what was being done. Great customer service.

Engineers arrived as expected, cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and courteous. They didn’t have a booster on the van for me but said they would pop one by the next day, but to my surprise came back less than an hour later with one they had managed to get from another engineer! Really friendly helpful guys, great service on the install. Sales were great and the service has been impeccable!

Great Job from lighting fibre so far. Leon and Lewis from Lighting Fibre had my new Internet connection up and running in just over an hour. Both guys were professional and polite. Day 1 but Internet is running fast and running perfectly well.
Tip for new customers is to turn off your old wifi if that is still connected as speed and connection was even better once I turned off old WiFi.

We were still a couple of months away from finishing a contract with our previous broadband supplier, but the team gave me a couple of options of how I could start using them as a supplier so I could pick what worked best for us.
On the day of installation, I was walked through where and what they were going to install, and given the choice of what I thought would work best. They were a fantastic installation team, left everything neater than when they started, and showed me how everything worked.
Since then, the service has been fantastic. Even when there was an issue in the area, I got a reply two minutes after raising it. Very very pleased.

The Lightning Fibre broadband has been superb since installed.
We had a weird issue with the PlayStation network which one of the engineers, Mark Paice bent over backwards to sort out, going way above and beyond what I would expect to sort it out.
I have spoken to a lady by the name of Jenni Pennington who has also been super friendly and helpful.
Now the issue is sorted, which wasn't even down to Lightning Fibre, everything is awesome.

Had Lightning Fibre installed today by Lewis, Leon and Aaron.
Great team, arrived on time. Explained everything they were going to do. Gave me various options with regard to positioning. tested everything before they left, all working perfectly. After everything was completed we went thorough the installation together to ensure we were satisfied with everything.

I cannot praise this company more. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Jenni was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she even followed up after everything had been done to check that all was ok, amazing service. I was given a brilliant deal by Dave which will really save on my monthly bills and the guy that completed the instalment was really polite and helpful. The staff are a huge asset to the company and the broadband service is perfect, incredibly quick. Wish I’d have changed providers sooner.

Costumer service kept me informed of all the steps, contract, billing, work required and timeline at all times. Installation process was very quick from turning into the property to going live. Excellent offer (no installation fee and £22 x month for 6 times more speed!) so currently saving £11 from my prev broadband provider. 1 month internet overlap for free to be able to cancel my current broadband provider without doubling up on bills. Costumer satisfaction and quality checks follow up calls afterward. So far Very good and Very impressed (very with capital V).

From start to finish has been an incredible experience, turned up prompt, installation was incredibly efficient even with some snags along the way, very polite staff and speeds were as promised. My old house struggles t push Wifi across the whole building but nothing that a plug in TP link hasn't sorted.

Had lightning fibre installed into my home a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Aaron, Etienne and Leon explained what was going to happen and if I had any preference where I wanted it placed and installed it with no issues and did a brilliant job, even hoovering up after themselves. The 1GBPS package is amazing and speeds over Ethernet and Wi-Fi are impressive.

Lightning Fibre installed at my property with little fuss and mess. They couldn't run the cable exactly due to constraints on the building, but they came up with the next best idea and were careful in their work. They were careful in their work, COVID-safe and polite. Their team leader, Jose, was very helpful and kept us update throughout the install. Since the install the internet has been excellent. We get 96-99mb/sec. We were getting 46-54mb/sec with BTs "full fibre" package, so a huge improvement. Definitely happy with my service after 1 month so far...
UPDATE: It has been four months now, in the first month we had one drop out for 20 minutes. Were promised a call back from the engineer, but never received it (Maybe you can improve on this customer service Lightning Fibre) and we have had one day of slow (10-15mb/s) internet. A router restart solved this. All in all, still very happy so far. Lightning fibre just need to tweak their customer service a bit

We had our fibre installed in October by lightning. £29 a month and £100 install- first 4 months free to make up for leaving BT early. It's ok...... on a speed test it shows a very good speed however all of our devices seem to suffer with slow loading/buffering will often pop up saying no connection. Have spoken to lightning re this and apparently the line shows no faults etc. On installation we were told the mesh boosters were out of stock and would be delivered soon. I have emailed twice now and been told they'll be delivered but nothing has arrived so far.
I had a letter sent to me by lightning this week offering me £22 a month and zero set up for new customers. I commented on their Facebook advert for the same deal that it was a shame earlier customers weren't offered this deal.
(Saving £150) My comment was deleted.... I repeated it and it was again deleted. I struggle with a company who can't reply to a perfectly polite comment on their social media and instead choose to censor their page.
I suspect the new deals are offered due to the looming competition from other firms.
I will very likely look elsewhere upon renewal.

Have been waiting to get connected so was thrilled to hear my road was live on the network. From signup to installation everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. The installation team did hit a few issues due to the location of my property but were fast and efficient at solving the problem and did a really neat and clean job installing all the equipment required. Decent router and booster too - Really fast Internet! Am a very happy customer.

Connor kept in touch with us throughout a time of indecision and when we were ready to go ahead was very helpful. We were unable to tackle the online procedure to transfer our landline and Connor made an appointment to visit us and do it for us. He arrived exactly on time, was very professional with a very pleasant manner. He he completed the online task quickly and efficiently and was very patient and courteous with our queries. He has assured us of ongoing help should we need it. We are very grateful.
