Dom ,Andy, Jack and Ricky came round and done my installation this week , very polite , came just when expected and done a neat tidy job, had had nothing but problems with city fibre for 2 months previous ,lightning fibre answered my call instantly and came round and got me connected , 10/10

Matt and Damion arrived as planned explained how they intended to install our new fibre broadband cable into our house, we discussed it before making them a drink and leaving them to it. When it was time to continue our inside install again they showed us how they wished to complete it and where we wanted the box and router. After all had been installed and tested and Matt and Damion were happy we were happy and understood everything they cleaned up and left. So far the speed flies and no drop outs so we are both very happy John & Sue

Joao, Jack and Ricky arrived on time and were polite and friendly. Everything was explained clearly and the work was carried out with minimal fuss and we all drank some tea.
I have held back one star as the service has dropped out a couple of times in the late evening within the first two weeks but has been fine recently and i dont have to pay BT anything which is always a bonus!

I've just had Lightning Fiber install full fiber broadband to my home. The workers, Dan, Tony, Liam, Jack, and Andy turned up nice and early, they were very polite and friendly (even the dog liked them all), they explained & talked through what they were going to do, and then carried out the installation quickly & with the minimum of fuss. I work from home and was able to continue working while the job was done. Excellent job and a marked improvement over my standard broadband.

The installers were polite helpful fitted the equipment exactly where I wanted it.left the area clean and tidy. The fibre works well,my grandson is over the moon with it,and for less than half the price of B T providing 10 times the speed or more.

We now have our own Lighting Firbre after waiting eagerly for a fast and reliable broadband provider.lam sure that this has been a very challenging time for not just the companies involved but the residents to but from our experience well worth the the wait and inconvenience.
On the day of our installation the installation team arrived on time and all the team members that I meet namely Nathan-Andy-Fiona-Jack-Charlie were all very polite and keen to get our service connected and working properly.The installation was completed on time and our broadband was up and running working as expected with the agreed speed that was set for our package use.
I would like to thank all those involved with Lighting Fibre and will be recommending your services.
PS:I’ve been looking for a phone APP to use for easy access to account billing is there an app yet?

Final installation was done by Stuart and Josh. Thumps up for them as my landlord was satisfied with the work done by them. Afterwards, there was some problem (multiple disruptions of internet every 2 minutes) in the modem but the team responded well and replaced the new one in 3-4 days time. I save my one star to see the provision of future services :)

Great service from everyone from start to finish, Harry in Sales was brilliant, the installation team that came Ricky, Jack, Andy and Dom were all very professional and polite and they worked efficiently and left everything as they had found it with no mess at all. Definitely recommend!!

Dan and Tony attended to install the new Fibre broadband where they went above and beyond. They manoeuvred the wiring over the nearby 40ft tree where quite frankly most would have given up. Full marks for persistence.

Rachel and her team from Lightning Fibre arrived promptly at 8am. They discussed with me the location of the router box and where I preferred the cabling to run and immediately set to work. They were friendly, polite and professional. They kept me informed at each stage how they were doing and how well the installation was going. Even when they did have a problem they kept me informed and told me what they were doing to overcome it.
I was instructed, once the setup was complete, on how the system would work and how to operate it.
The new router is twice as fast as my previous one and with the booster box installed downstairs works perfectly.

Very fast cost-effective service when working consistently. However using wifi, the service can sometimes, occasionally frequently, cut out. I have been informed that this apparently is due to the router switching frequencies. It can be prevented with certain network adapters. But if it can't, then it's very annoying. Adjusting the adapter can't be done on mobiles or tablets

The installation took longer than I expected but most of the work was outside and so it was not at all disruptive. Dan and Tony were friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. The box outside and the hole through the wall are discreet.
The house is three storeys and the signal seems to be good everywhere, with the free extender installed on the top floor.
All good so far.

The Lightning Fibre engineers, Stuart and Charlie, did an excellent job. They talked me through the installation, answered any questions I asked and then got on with the job. At the end of the installation, they showed me what they had done, including setting up my Smart TV to the router. I will certainly recommend Lighting Fibre to my friends and colleagues

Rang a week ago to enquire about transferring to Lightning Fibre. Harry explained everything very clearly and an appointment was made for today, my choice as I could have had an earlier appointment. Stuart and Charlie arrived at 8 am this morning and talked to us about our preferred route from the pavement to the house. They came up with a route that would avoid all my plants and follow a route that I could remember and avoid when gardening. When I was shown the trunking I could see that even a spade would be unlikely to damage it. It looked thin but it was tough. Stuart and Charlie have done a great job of installing the cabling and the equipment. Everything looks neat and tidy, a very professional job. They were friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The wifi works very well and has sped up our communications significantly. It was so easy, they came, they fitted, it worked! Would definitely recommend.

The installers were great: on time, friendly, clear explanations, accommodating (where to run the fibre outside and to position the modem inside). The only downside is that the install wasn't able to be completed initially, because of an issue "down the road" and it took 6-8 (?) weeks to resolve. That said, Lightning Fibre kept me informed.
