I have been pleased with the service from beginning, I have just had a pleasant call from Lightening fibre to check all is OK with my service, I asked a couple of general help with router positioning questions. All very helpful and advised how best to get help should I need technical advice in future.

Recently had Lightning Fibre installed at home and couldn't be happier! From my initial calls with Conor, I had confidence that their service would be good and I wasn't wrong. Instalation guys were friendly, competent and had everything set up and online in a couple of hours! Download and upload speeds are great and consistent, unlike my old fibre broadband.

Had an Intermittent fault with the router hardware or power adapter.
Raised a ticket and response was very quick.
Very impressed with how quickly engineers turned up (literally within 10 minutes as they were local) and resolved the issue with a new router (free of charge).

From my contact with the people installing the fibre access points in my road, to the staff members I have been so impressed with their responses and respect shown towards me. The workmen were fabulous, worked tirelessly and efficiently, also relaxed about questions I asked of them. Having the service installed the engineers were quick respectful and informed me what was happening at all times. They all wore masks too which impressed me.
I would also like to mention Connor from the office who put himself out to ensure I had everything that I needed and talked me through various tasks on the computer. It was so lovely to speak to a person. Connor your a star.

The site survey was completed promptly and the team were very polite and helpful.

Initially I had been given a installation date by mistake before my road was even dug up. However after a couple of weeks LF came through and managed to start doing work and within a day of them starting work I was given a installation date for the following day. Leon, Jose & Frasier did a great job with accommodating to the requested setup while doing a thorough neat tidy installation!

Signed up with Lightning Fibre a couple of weeks ago and really very impressed with the customer care. The install guys (Etienne, Leon, Jose & Oscar) were all super polite and really did a great job with the install. We did have a problem with rival company cutting our line while digging up the road, but Lightning Fibre straight on it with a really quick fix. This time great service by both Mark in the support team and the same install guys - they all went the extra mile with great customer care. Thank you

We have had Lightning Fibre for a few weeks now and it has been brilliant. I spoke to Ashley and Jenni who explained all the options and was incredibly helpful. Sensibly we were given time to keep our old supplier live during the transition in case of problems. Etienne and Leon fitted the router etc for us and were professional, polite and explained everything. The service has been amazing. Super fast and reliable. I highly recommend. The work outside the house was done quickly and ALL the people doing were helpful and extremely polite.

Salesperson after speaking to sky to terminate current contract was impossible to get hold of.
Salesperson I spoke to when I rang call centre to get a contract was ace.
Install team were amazing. They worked in the dark and rain to install. They asked where the install was going etc. Really polite and informative. From point of arrival to fully working fibre was 60 minutes. And that included fixing a fault caused through no fault of their own.
After more than a year of rubbish Internet from sky varying from 5mb to 30mb, it was amazing to have over 700mb within 2 minutes of the lightning fibre being installed.
Would recommend 100%.

Lightening Fibre offered a fantastic service to my family. When installing the set up service to my street they extended to include my home when I expressed positive interest. All parts parts of preparing. Was professional fast and tidy. All workmen in the street worked efficiently with little obstruction to pedestrians or traffic. They completed high standards of safety. They were informed and able to answer queries.

The technical staff are fantastic and responded with personal service to the home when I had a query.
The app which facilitates the system is easy to use. There is immediate contact with staff if I have a question or need help. They are knowledgeable and friendly.

Brilliant installation, did everything asked. Polite, professional and mindful of surroundings. I went for the 1gbp service and it is ultra reliable and very fast, plus it's an asynchronous connection so what speed you get down is the same as the upload speed. Well done, keep it local.

Just gone live with LF. Its been a joy - every one i have spoken to has been incredibly helpful and really seemed to care. From Connor who took my account live to the installation engineers, Fraser and Lewis who connected things. Great service - all friendly.
