Friendly, professional and competent installation team. Rachel, Dan and Fionn arrived in dreadful weather. Always mindful of our property they carried out the installation swiftly and precisely as requested. They explained the system clearly and left our home clean and tidy. Could not have asked for a better team of young people, they were a credit to the company.

Dom and Joao came to fit fibre in three locations in our building. Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The install went very smoothly with no disruption. They informed me of what they were doing at each stage. The workmanship on the cable installs in our flat is excellent. They also fitted in the office and residents lounge which was also done to an excellent standard. We are all looking forward to being able to use our phones in the lounge now. I have tested on my phone, and I am impressed on the speed.

I was so impressed by Rachael, Dan and Fionns ’ lovely manners. They listened to me, they removed their shoes when they came into the house which is very important to me, they were helpful in every way and this particular team obviously got on well together. I was pleased with the neatness of the cabling leading up to the property and I was also very impressed that, unbeknown to me, a manager had come to check the outside works fitted to my wall and he felt it needed neatening and it was dealt with immediately by the 3 people who had installed Lightening Fibre for me. It did look better but I was personally happy regardless as I was so thankful to have this excellent alternative for broadband. I’m more than happy as my daughter had also had Lightening Fibre installed and recommended me. On the day I phoned, a lovely chap called Dino picked up the phone and dealt with me and to be honest, he was so patient, helpful and professional that I think in all honesty, he’s the person who sealed the deal immediately. Everything you want from a person at the end of a phone with , again, lovely manners. I think we are all lucky to have this super speedy broadband option with a local telephone number to ring if there are any queries. So much better. Thankyou Lightening Fibre for all your help

I've just had my installation done by Lightning fibre engnieers Dom and Joao.I was very Impressed with how friendly and helpfull they were and they worked very well to ensure a successful install.10/10.

We moved to Eastbourne recently and had instructed another company to organise our broadband. Won't mention their name here - Bravo Tango - but they let us down badly. So, we went hunting around locally and tripped over Lightning Fibre. I'll be honest....they have been bl**dy brilliant: swift to get in touch, efficient, called us on Bank Holiday Monday to confirm our booking later in the week, organised, tidy, well informed, knowledgeable and just really nice guys. Dom and Joao (Portuguese chap, apologies if his name has been spelt incorrectly...!) were here promptly this morning. They were fantastically quick to get everything sorted and even I could understand the nitty gritty required, such was the depth and ease of their explanation about how it all worked. Thank you boys - I really appreciate the time taken.

Yesterday, Lightning Fibre installed my new broadband. Stuart and Josh arrived promptly and we discussed and agreed the route that the cable would take from the pavement outside my house, through the front garden, into the house and to the modem and router. They were open to my suggestions and explained some of the issues that I raised.
Amazingly they got the cable from the road into where I wanted the modem and set it all up in just over two hours. A very neat job too.
I now have super fast broadband, hugely quicker than the previous one through a copper wire and so far, no problems.
So, I'm really glad I went for Lightning Fibre's system.

The Lightning Fibre engineers, Rachel, Dan and Fionn installed our new full fibre connection. Whilst there were a few hitches during the day, they overcame all the problems and were helpful, polite and pleasant at all times. They left us with a fast broadband far better than our old internet connection, so we are very satisfied.

Excellent service. Speeds are 900+Mbps, mesh extender delivered same day so wifi could reach all rooms! No issues at all, it's just a shame about the negative reviews on here from some troglodytes.

When speaking with the sales team, Conor helped answer all of our questions and made the process very simple. We booked in our installation date at a time that worked for us and this was great.

Great communication about installation. All done very professionally. Our block paving where the cable was run was replaced perfectly. Installers were very friendly and efficient. Set up was explained well with a Eastboune number to call if we had any issues. WI-FI is super speedy :-)

Had a cancellation LF contacted me booked appointment for the next day within an hour and a half max all up and running perfectly 500mbps up and down... after a week and a half of service couldnt be happier went to use my own gaming router (tad old now) LF tech team were excellent and swift getting this sorted and helping me with my needs... would also like to add the young lady that worked with the team was absolutely world class...2 of my children have disabilities and went above and beyond to accommodate and make them feel as comfortable as possible whilst works were being carried out

Fitters Joao and Dom introduced themselves and asked where we wanted the box and Wifi router fitted. They then completed the work to a very high standard, tested and explained connections and workings. 300mbs connection even runs in excess of 100mbs on a wireless laptop 10 metres from the router. Booster supplied but not needed. Very Happy.

We had a tricky install but they worked through several scenarios eventually installing cabling that suited our property.

My installation first attempt failed due to an issue with newly installed infrastructure on my building (flats) which couldn’t be solved by the installer. To be fair a different team arrived within 48 hrs and resolved this and my installation was successful at the second attempt. So far I’m really pleased, the speed is 10x my old provider at the same price, or even cheaper if you take account of introductory offer, also like that lightning fibre are a local company so if I have an issue should get a better response phone/visit than the nationals. All in all very satisfied, just knocked a star off for first attempted installation not working.

A complicated installation was completed by Tanya, Matt, Ash, Tony, as well as a few others, in the pouring rain. Whilst the installation took slightly longer than anticipated, the speeds delivered have matched the promised symmetric 1Gbp/s speeds. The follow-up customer service call to check that everything was OK was much appreciated.

Two guys turned up bright and early on Tuesday morning and immediately assessed the site for installation. As soon as they had worked out their plan for installation they were straight to it.
They followed where I wanted the cable to come into the building and by 1pm we were up and running with full fibre.
Now after less than 3 days I’m getting speeds of around 500mb. I am well impressed.
