After a few teething problems initially I had Ashley and Matt come to install fibre to the property. After leaving the internet kept dropping but after a phone call to Ashley they came straight back round to try and rectify the problem. Within an hour the internet dropped again, called Ashley and he organised another engineer to come round even though it was later in the evening on a Friday and he was back home.

Today being Monday I had another couple of engineers come round and replace the router/modem, re blew the fibre from the cab and up to the property. I now have a stable connection and no further issues.

You always find out how good a company is when you have a problem, and have to say that they were quick to respond to the problems I was having which is the benefit of dealing with a local company. It was nice that Ashley went out of his way to text me on a Monday to make sure everything was back up and running, nice personal touch.

Just want to say what excellent service I have received from Lightning Fibre. From the contact with the office to arrange getting set up, to the work of the guys doing the installation. They were polite, friendly and explained everything they were doing. They cleared up after themselves and put furniture back in place.

Recently had an issue were kids had tampered with the cable connection to my house a short section was exposed but tacked neatly to a section of step. The LF team came out extremely quickly and cemented the cable in place so same issue cannot occur. Extremely good service thanks. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Fantastic Service From LF! Installation team were friendly and professional. They dug a trench to lay the fibre cables through the side of my garden. Within a few days it was back to normal and couldn't even tell it had been dug. The team set everything up to make sure it was running before they left which was really great. No phone calls after asking what to do!!!
All in all, very happy and AMAZING speeds!!! Thank you Lightning Fibre!

The installation was carried out at the day and time arranged. Aaron and Leon were fast, efficient and left no mess. I was particularly happy that they took the time to set up my smart TV and iPad as well as the pc.

I have to be honest that I was a bit sceptical about changing my broadband to Lightning Fibre. Even though I was going to get 10X the speed I was already getting, I was happy with the company I was with. From the initial sell on the phone, which was brilliantly done from Sam, who answered all my questions, to the speed of the installation within 10 days, and the very efficient installation team of 3, the whole experience was totally great. Cannot recommend highly enough of this experience of a local company. Thanks again.

Installers, Aaron and Leon turned up on the dot and were really professional and courteous. The whole change over installation took only an hour and a half and then we were ready to go.
So far (three days in) all is really good. 100% reliable!
The real acid test with any provider is how they deal with problems when they arise. But if installation and the first few days of usage are any thing to go by then happy days.

Had a problem with Disney+ through Lightning Fiber. Help was prompt and useful and I had it sorted in 20m.

Turned out to be Disney+ using stale IP geolocation data.

We upgraded to Lighting Fibre recently and are very glad we did. Everything from the initial sales call through to implementation was extremely smooth and efficient. The speeds we are getting now are far superior to our old provider and we are saving money as well compared to what we were paying before plus we have 6 months free as well as free installation. Can't fault the service at all.
