fitters arrived bright and early and did an excellent job re-routing cables and clearing up after, excellent job, then had to wait a few weeks for it to go live but once it did what a difference it made over 10 times faster than my previous cable connection and i am very pleased with it, five star company and service

Wonderfully efficient, polite and smiling team of three - Tanya, Jess and Mark (iiRC) - came along, discussed the location for the installation and the router, and explained the techniques they would use. Nothing was too much trouble. Little noise, no fuss, and job done in no time. Delighted to recommend Lightning to anyone else considering upgrading their broadband.

Quality service. From phone call enquiring to fully installed in a few days. Harry Dixon was very helpful on the phone getting the deal organised. Engineers did a great job at the installation, clean, tidy. Speeds are exactly as I'm paying for, 300 up and down.

Team came out to install today, arrived a day early and offered to install as they had an installation space. Really professional, neatly installed and great explanation of how to use with tips for maximum performance. Equipment also looks great.

Lightning Fibre have just fitted in my new broadband! Top marks to Ash and Matt who were kind enough to go through all the exterior options where the cabling should go, worked tirelessly to get the system up and running and were tidy and professional at all times! Well done!

The engineers Stuart and Charlie called in advance to confirm the time they would arrive. They explained the best route for cabling and listened to my questions so that I was happy with the location of the modem/router. They did a very tidy job. Everything was setup and working when they left. They left a leaflet with contact details if there are any problems. Our Broadband is now super-fast!

Once the issue with connection to the telegraph pole outside our property was resolved, everything went smoothly. Connection to Wi-Fi was simple and promised download speed is spot on.

all went as clockwork ,the ladies were a bit serious but warmed up to my charm eventually,had a small hitch next day which connor resolved quickly,would have liked a 2nd extender but not at £50 ,otherwise all good thanks

Installation and operatives on time and we'll executed. Unfortunately due to a fault on the line it took another 2 months to be connected! Sales support seemed interested but we're unable to give any reasonable time lines and failed to call back multiple times. Not sure if this is a departmental co-ordination problem. Contract ended with original supplier 6 weeks into this debacle and was without service for the rest of the time although one call place muted the possibility of paying the higher price required to extend the contract. However just wanted out of the even poorer onestream provider 😕

The installation team of Ash, Matt & Tony were excellent. I found the Lightning Fibre supplied router range did not operate my ring video door bells. I purchased a tp-link 6 router online which I could not get to work, but thanks to support from Charlie, Ryan and Nathan all my devices are now functioning and I am 100% satisfied.
