I am very pleased with my experience with Lightning Fibre. From the installation to the performance of the internet itself, everything has been excellent.
The installation process exceeded my expectations. The staff arrived earlier than planned, which worked out perfectly as I needed the internet set up as soon as possible that day. I got the impression that if I had said I couldn’t do an earlier time, they would have stuck to the original schedule, showing both flexibility and professionalism.
The two engineers who installed the internet were absolutely fantastic. They were not only efficient and professional but also incredibly friendly and fun to be around. I never felt uncomfortable having them in my home—in fact, we had some lighthearted conversations and jokes, which made the whole experience even better.
Since the installation, it has now been nearly five days, and I have had zero issues with the internet. The connection has been reliable and fast, exactly what I was hoping for.
Overall, I am very happy with Lightning Fibre’s service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and professional internet installation experience.

Installation was good, but getting the installation to take place was terrible, I was moving house and an existing customer looking to have broadband the day I moved in. I was in communication with Lightning Fibre from November and confirmed the details first week in January and you could not get my broadband up and running until 19 February, I raised a complaint but still got nowhere slowly, not good enough.

I’m very impressed with Lightning Fibre. We had it installed last summer and it has been absolutely brilliant, providing the advertised speeds. It’s made a massive difference to me working from home and for all our broadband needs. Despite there being an outage issue last week with us losing internet for over 24 hours (some people much longer) due to a third party contractor accidentally cutting cables, not Lightning Fibre’s fault at all, Lightning Fibre were straight on the case fixing what turned out to be a horrible mess of cut cables, they kept customers informed of the problems with ETA updates for being back online regularly, both by email, phone and social media, and provided a free month of internet to those affected for over 24 hours. I’m impressed with both the staff’s courteous attitudes and calm when under pressure to get a problem resolved. Their road teams leave the pavements and verges nicely put right and, unlike some other contractors don’t leave a huge, horrible mess behind. They deserve every one of their 5 stars. Thank you.

Brilliant installation team, explained everything in terms we could understand, very neat and tidy job and treated our home with respect. Have had to contact the office staff for information a couple of times and had the answers to my queries sorted out in an expert and friendly manner. In short, very glad to have joined the Lightning Fibre experience.

Everything about our recent house move with Lightning Fibre was a breeze. From booking the move, through to installation LF were spot on. On the day the two Engineers who came out to complete the work arrived on time, they were polite and informative, and they took their boots off when entering the property without being asked!

Couldn't believe how quick and easy it was to switch to LF when I reached the end of my current deal. Didn't even have to contact my outgoing supplier - they did everything for me. Very efficient and very personal from the person I spoke to on the phone and the two chaps who did the work onsite. So pleased with my new service.

Quick and easy process to set up. Our Internet did stop working after 4 days. I called for help but needed to call from home due to being at work. When I phoned back, as soon as I gave my address they had already looked into it and had made a request for an engineer to visit. Engineer came 2 days later and fixed the problem with no issues. Customer service is fantastic and the Internet speed is brilliant! Very happy so far.
