The communication from LF has been excellent right from my initial enquiry to the setting up of my broadband. The engineer arrived on time and was quick and efficient. The package I have signed for is half the price of my previous provider.

The engineer was very polite and informative but he could have done a better job installing the router inside left all the wires hanging out had to tidy up myself but other than that the Wi-Fi is working really well

There was a months delay from an agreed install date. But once connected no issues at all. Installation was very speedy and professional. Hub was installed exactly where I wanted it.

Lightning Fibre is suitable after we agreed on a cost of £11.00 less than our present supplier. We arranged an installation date, and the team arrived at the agreed time. We decided on the best place to install the ONT with the router beside it.
The cabling was quickly and tidily buried under the Lawn.
The cable to the ONT was completed quickly. The lights all came on to show that the router was working.
The speed was at 150Mbps within seconds. Job done Fast Fibre installed in 2 Hours

Wow is the first word to describe our experience with Lightning Fibre. Years of using slow internet speeds with our provider as soon as high speed full fibre was available we ordered online, their engineers visited to discuss plans and did an exceptional job outside the property. On the day of internal installation they were superb as well. Engineers were all professional and friendly. Comms from the company been fantastic as well keeping me posted throughout the process and anytime they promised to call me back they did. Max, Kai, Steve are the few names i can remember who worked outside the property and Luke who installed it inside the property, they were all knowledgeable and brilliant. Lauren from customer service has been amazing each time and even called me to check how the installation went and if i needed further help. This is what top class customer service looks like and our internet speeds gone up from 20mbps to 1000 mbps :-) . Thank you Lightning Fibre, keep up the good work.

Was being mucked around by BT so rang these lot, the sales person said we could get internet and was very helpful. I explained we were a bit desperate for internet as we work from home and he said they'd note that.
2 weeks go by, no contact, no resolution. One call to their support team who basically said there was nothing they could do and I should cancel as still within the cooling down period...no effort to keep a new customer.
Cancelled today after another fruitless call to a fairly apathetic support person, still couldn't give a time frame for installation at all.

Luke got in touch after this and it was extremely efficient, checks and installation booked within 3 days. The installation team were very nice and efficient, they’ve left no trace at all.
Excellent turnaround would definitely recommend!

Broadband performing great, no more spinning waiting for data on the TV. Computer wifi performing excellently (I am not a gamer so it is just for browsing and so on). Installation painless and fast as we already had a fibre into the house. Have heard nothing but good about Lightning Fibre from others in the locality, people generally seem very happy with the service.

After being mucked about by BT for weeks and weeks and left with no internet at all, I phoned Lightning Fibre in desperation and was given an installation date for one weeks time! The engineer arrived on time and talked me through the whole process and answered what I’m sure were stupid questions with unfailing good humour and patience. The installation was surprisingly fast and now I’ve got speedy, reliable internet at much less than BT were charging, what a fantastic result!

Very impressed with Lightning Fibre – both the company and the product. Every interaction with employees has been friendly, helpful and straightforward. From booking the install and a member of staff calling to talk through what would happen on the day, to the installers looking for the best solution for the wiring (where it would be least visible) and hub, I have zero complaints. Same goes for the broadband speeds we now get. In some rooms, we get around 870 meg download speeds (we used to get 65 meg at most). And even in the areas of the house with the lowest speeds, we still get a minimum of almost 300 meg. Previously in those areas we would typically get around 20 meg. We did opt for a booster as the wifi has to reach our annexe too. Great speeds in there. So, we're very happy.

The Team arrived exactly at the arranged time and carried out the installation with a minimal amount of mess and absolutely no inconvenience.
In the days following I have contacted the team once when I lost the connection (which turned out to be my fault when I turned off the WiFi as I moved the the router to retrieve a pen!). The helpline answered almost immediately and solved the problem within a few minutes.
The only thing I would have liked would have been a supplied router User manual and then I could have solved the problem myself.
