Everyone i spoke to was really helpful and friendly. The guys who did the install were great too, they installed it to my preferred location despite it being as far from the road as it could possible have been! No mess, no fuss, neat and tidy!

Came a few days early to do the pre installation setup but previous occupants had used LF before so everything was already in place. The guy asked if he could phone the boss and get it set up there and then which I'd had no problems with. A few mins later he returned with the Hardware and had it all setup and working within a matter of minutes

Insulation was very good the two guys did a great job but I found it difficult to add all the things that use broadband ie printer

The router and fibre installed very well by two technicians though I think we had the outside box in the wrong place and I don’t suppose they will move it cos it’s our fault
So far pleased with the equipment and I am saving a lot against sky as I have also gone Freesat which seems to be working well with just a few queries

I’ve heard great things about Lighting Fibre and have been interested in having it installed ever since they have been in my area but for some reason Lighting Fibre still haven’t sorted permission out with Wealden Council to get it installed for us and probably a few more neighbours in and around us, please liaise with the relevant council and offer to install it for us.

Decided to to upgrade to fibre broadband and wasn’t sure who to go with so I contacted Lightning Fibre as they had a deal on with their 1 gigabyte internet, on the morning of the installation had two engineers turn up and from start to finish they kept me informed of what they were doing and after the installation they left my house with no mess so from my experience I would recommend Lightning Fibre the customer service is excellent before and after installation and the two ladies that installed it were kind and considerate and respectful of my property, so a big thank you to Lightning Fibre for a job well done.
