Good to support a locally based company. Speed as advertised.
The workforce who installed the fibre network were also neat, tidy and polite unlike the CityFibre/Lanes workers who are making such a mess and causing havoc on our roads and take twice as long to do the job.

The team that installed Lightening fibre were brilliant (Matt, Damian & Ryan). They listened to where we wanted the box positioned (which gave them more work) and gave advice as to where best to run the cable so it wouldn't be seen. They were considerate of our home and were tidy with their work - even asking for a hoover after drilling a hole! To put the icing on the cake the internet speeds are great and impressed our 18 year old with his Xbox addiction.... Must be good 😁

Tanya and Jess were extremely professional, helpful and courteous in installing. Gave best advice on where to fit the router and although they had to lift part of our drive did so in such a way you’d never know it was done. And now we have fantastic internet speeds. Really recommend.

Lightning Fibre made the whole experience of installing the Internet very easy for me - they simply took care of everything, including moving furniture where necessary and cleaning up. The instructions I received were very clear, and "idiot-friendly". So far I am very happy with the service.

Genuinely very happy with move from Sky broadband to Lightning Fibre. Twice as fast broadband at same/ very similar price I was paying Sky for copper slow speeds. Excellent installation through lawn and driveway put back expertly. Customer service on local number with very short waits to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about. 100 recommend . Great service from Lightening fibre.There was no hard sell.The installation was very straightforward.Ash and Jack carried out the work there was no mess and they connected my TV for me.The speed is outstanding no more buffering when I am streaming.They recommended Vonage because I didn’t want to loose my landline phone.You simply plug a separate box into your router and make calls over the internet.This is also a great company to deal with.All in all I am so pleased and recommend this company 100%
