Very pleased with the installation of lightning fibre. The dinamic duo ,Jack and Josh introduced themselves and asked me to detail just how I wanted the installation. After agreeing the plan they worked diligently and with the greatest respect for us and our home. I was interested to see how things were going to be in our craft room and Jack was more than comfortable with me observing. He was giving me advice and some info on how to get the best out of the new system. My neighbour had contacted lightning fibre a week ago saying I had recommended that he make contact. Both houses were completed the same day and I received a month free for the referral. Job finished very tidy, no mess and a full tutorial from the lads regarding the new set up. Oh yes, the speed is great and wifi quality is far better than I had been used to. Thanks lads and thanks Lightning Fibre.

I had to wait 6 months for Lightning Fibre to connect me to the new fibre network. However, the technicians (Mat and Damien) arrived as arranged, ran the fibre underground into my house and set up the router exactly where I wanted it. Their knowledge, professionalism and eagerness to help, were first class and before leaving made sure everything was working correctly. The broadband is much better than my previous EE system and LF include a booster unit which is the simplest I have ever used. A nice touch.

Ultimately, the broadband service I now experience is far faster than my BT broadband and for a fraction of the price. The whole process of ordering through to installation was well communicated and managed with real people on the end of the phone to confirm dates times etc. The chaps that turned up, Jack and Josh, were great - they considered all the options for the best install and together with a second team delivered a great solution. Very impressed.

We had Tony, Liam and Dan come and fit our internet from the road to the house. Nice straight forward and ran the cables to where we wanted them, clean tidy and polite, couldn't fault this team.
My only bug would be the different team that needed to do work in the street the week before - leaving cracked paving behind.

The guys working on the ground and those that came to the house to carry out our installation were fabulous. Sadly I had cause to phone the team the next day and the lady I spoke to did not have a good attitude and was less than helpful. Shame because she is letting the guys down!!

Good service from the team of lightning fibre (Josh, Ryan and Jess).They turned up as planned (under a pouring rain!) and we discussed where everything was going to be. I wanted the box outside to be hidden behind a bush which meant a bit more work for them but they did it without fuss. They helped us to move the heavy furnitures inside so they had enough space to work with their special drill. They tested the system once finished and answered any question we had. All in all very polite and very efficient with a minimum of disturbance…

Turned up on time. Job was done efficiently. Unfortunately after they left I found speed was not up to 100mbs so after phone calls to them I reset both router and extender and repositioned the extender and the speed came up quite a lot, more to what i was expecting.

Office created a package and gave us a surprising long free period to enable us to nearly see out our BT commitment.
Today they rang up and informed us we had a system fault and they would like to come round today and fix it which they did. They also fixed a laptop login problem.

I would like to thank Andy,Ash,Jack,Liam & Tony for a great job installing Lightning Fibre into our house. From the sales service to the installation was 48 hours. All the installation operatives and sales team were highly efficient, informative and very helpful. The installation team had to dig up part of my newly landscaped garden to lay the cables to my house. Once the cables were laid they restored my garden immaculately. There was absolutely no mess made and they were all well presented and polite. Once the cable was done they then came into the house and installed the boxes. They even changed the settings on my tv's tablet and phones. I am so glad I have changed to lightning fibre the speed is excellent and I am extremely happy with it. Well done to a great team.

Speeds are as good as promised (1Gbps) and the equipment provided contains the latest tech to make the experience as good as it can be. Reliability will be the test of time, but for an independent ISP it looks promising so far!
