My installation first attempt failed due to an issue with newly installed infrastructure on my building (flats) which couldn’t be solved by the installer. To be fair a different team arrived within 48 hrs and resolved this and my installation was successful at the second attempt. So far I’m really pleased, the speed is 10x my old provider at the same price, or even cheaper if you take account of introductory offer, also like that lightning fibre are a local company so if I have an issue should get a better response phone/visit than the nationals. All in all very satisfied, just knocked a star off for first attempted installation not working.

Great installation team of Dom & Joao and really pleased with the Gigabit service. Got held up because of the downpour but they were back first thing next day to ensure we were fully operational. Thanks guys!

A complicated installation was completed by Tanya, Matt, Ash, Tony, as well as a few others, in the pouring rain. Whilst the installation took slightly longer than anticipated, the speeds delivered have matched the promised symmetric 1Gbp/s speeds. The follow-up customer service call to check that everything was OK was much appreciated.

Two guys turned up bright and early on Tuesday morning and immediately assessed the site for installation. As soon as they had worked out their plan for installation they were straight to it.
They followed where I wanted the cable to come into the building and by 1pm we were up and running with full fibre.
Now after less than 3 days I’m getting speeds of around 500mb. I am well impressed.

The installation team were great they discussed the route in for the wires and answered all my questions along the way, I changed my mind about the location of one of the boxes and they moved it without any quibbles. Good connection very happy.

Matt and Tanya arrived at the very beginning of our given time slot and were very efficient, polite and friendly as they installed lightening fibre to the house. They gave careful consideration to making outside wires unnoticeable and made a tidy job inside. The initial speed test was a very pleasing 102 and has since varied at different times of the day. Very happy so far - hoping for regular speeds in the 100s.

Just exceptional internet. Installation was a complete breeze: engineers Tanya and Matt were incredibly knowledgeable and very accomodating with my awkward request for where I wanted the cable to run. They have installed the cable in a very neat and tidy and professional way and had me up and running with internet within the hour. As for the service, because it is fibre to the home it has super low ping and jitter and the connection is rock solid. Would highly recommend.

The whole process of ordering and installation of full fibre cabling into our house was efficient and well organised. Schedules were kept to and the whole team were very courteous and thorough. We ordered 500mbps and a speed test proves that this is what we got, for both download and upload. All agreements and promises were kept to. Laying the cabling through the garden and into the house was unobtrusive.

A very pleasant and polite team who kept me informed as they proceeded and left everything neat and tidy. Thanks also to their manager, Jose, for his help and advice prior to the installation and to David from the sales team whom I found friendly, informative and helpful.
