Jack and Jack came to install my fibre broadband. They were organised, professional and clearly loved their job.
There was no mess and they helped me put my unit back in place when it was done. They answered the questions I had and explained clearly about the booster placements and trying the best place for them which has been very helpful.

My installers Matt, Damien and Owen were polite, helpful, friendly and knew there product. Couldn't have asked for a better service from placing my order all the way through to installation. I have not been disappointed with my choice to move to lightening fibre and would recommend them to anyone.

Tanya and Nathaniel installed my Lightning Fibre. They were friendly, very professional, and quick. They didn't leave a mess, checked everything was working and answered all my queries before they left. My broadband is now over ten times as fast as my previous provider (plusnet) and all for the same price!

No fuss no problem installation by lovely guys Josh and Jack. Checked the signal strength in my rooms. Showed me how to reconnect my phone and IPad using the QR code on the back of the router. Super easy. Super fast and reliable broadband

Charlie and Damien came to fix an issue, they went above and beyond to find the problem area and ended up installing a whole new internal line. Very helpful and even tidied up some other bits that were left by the original installers. If an issue arises in the future (which it shouldn't) I hope I get those 2 back to fix it :). Shane

Had my Internet installed about 10 weeks ago, install was done by Ash and Jack. They did a great job and made sure I was happy with the job done and made sure everything was left clean and tidy. Unfortunately my Internet started having problems and dropping out, I happened to bump into Ash and explained what was going on, he said he would come the next day and sort it out. And true to word they were here the next morning and had it fixed and all working right. Can't fault this company from start to finish, thier service is exactly what they say it is. And the installation guys do a great job.

1st class Fibre Broadband installation by Charle and Stuart.
Very efficient install despite torrential rain outside. Internal equipment fitted quickly and neatly despite the guys being constantly hassled by an over friendly Labrador. As an extra bonus got a free WiFi booster that I wasn't expecting.
Would highly recommend.

Installation was quick with a very neat & tidy finish. The engineers were polite, professional and very helpful in explaining the fibre set up.
My download speed on my computer via an ethernet cable is now 949Mbs, absolutely amazing speeds. Compared to what BT/EE (average 46Mbs) used to provide for the same price.
Wireless speeds fluctuate throughout the house (3 storey) from 200Mbs-640Mbs which again, I am more than happy with. LightningFibre also provided a separate Mesh booster that helped boost the signal to the upper floors.
We are a Family with teenagers who stream and game. Getting Fibre installed was a no brainer.

I've experienced and received great customer service all through my interest and sign up with this company...on the day of installation,Ash,Jack and Andy were very accommodating as mine was a slightly more unusal request than most..they were polite,considerate,friendly and very professional ..definitely can't fault my installation team or the company as a whole and have great internet as promised!

Very impressed with this company. Rang them on Wednesday and they installed everything the following Monday. They popped round to have a look on the Friday and asked if it would be ok to run the cable along the existing telephone line while the traffic was light and we were able to discuss there and then where it would enter the house. So there is nothing running along the ground and they even used the hole in the wall that the sky cable came through so no new drilling either. All up and running within a couple of hours and so far excellent Wi-fi throughout the house. Great team of blokes (Stuart, Charlie and Jack) and they left me with a warm feeling that after-sales and customer service would continue to be of the same very high standard that they’ve given so far. I really hope this local company gets the support it deserves.

Gave up on our copper wire broadband and line rental in favour of Lightning Fibre's faster, more 21st century systems. Our landline number lives on, all thanks to our VOIP (internet telephone) phone system, and we get broadband almost 20 times faster than the old one at a cheaper price than we paid to the old provider. Really chuffed with Lightning's service thus far. Thoroughly recommend them.

Installers arrived on time & prompt tidy job (Stuart & Charlie), connected in 2 hours. 4 days in now and WOW. It’s just incredible, 3 kids, 4 fire sticks (3 on HD, 1 UHD), 1 PC gamer on Twitch, 1 smart tv 4K, 1 iPad, all streaming at the same time. 4 mobile phones, 5 Alexa, Ring doorbell & extra camera, STILL get 600Mb+ in both directions on my phone, you don’t even notice! Streaming services skip chapters & rewind instantly, it’s a complete transformation of the internet. Supplied router/access point is great, no problems at all and great coverage. What’s not to like? Copper BT line cancelled & never to return. Don’t hesitate, worth every penny, get it!
