Ash and Jack who installed the broadband were very friendly and helpful, they managed to install the connection to another location to the existing. We are very pleased with the speed provided so far and can now get signal to all our rooms. I would recommend.

Absolutely banging speeds. No in game lagging, no waiting ages for a page to open, no cutting in or out. Using lighting fibre is easily the best decision I've ever made regarding a provider. The install was quick and family kind of friendly which was strange, but very nice to feel. No lies told. I was told to expect different speeds until it had settled down. Absolutely 100% confident and great full for Lightning Fibre.

Signed up for info months ago, and Harry got in touch to tell me they were now live! Gave me a great deal on the 1GB and booked in the install.
Matt and Damien turned up in some awful weather but talked me through the plan and did a neat job inside and out tidying up as they went. Only been on for a week but already impressed with the team. All good!

All great from initial ordering to install. On the day, wet and dreary, Liam, Dan, Matt and Damien did a fantastic job having to tack the fibre some 80 meters along walls, up guttering etc, to reach a suitable entry point to our property. Good neat job. Inside work done with minimum disturbance, no mess. Within minutes of plugging in we were ‘alive’. Good job

Fanstastic service, from setting up my requirements, booking install time slot and installation, great install team, no problem too small and also I opted for the 100mb package but after the install I soon realised that this was not fast enough for my requirements, a quick phone call (local and not some foreign call centre) and my speed within a few hours was increased too the full 1gb service. Happy customer.

Jack, Ash and Fionn turned up on time and were clean and tidy workers. Negotiated where to site the equipment which was very neatly installed and all packaging removed from site. Only the TV is directly wired to the new 100Mbps connection, but NetFlix seems faster to load content. My desktop computer in the upstairs opposite corner of a 4 bed house gets signal without the need for the booster (that was provided free) and over wifi I get 30Mbps download and 50 upload - down on the wired connection speed, but still about 3 times faster than my copper cable broadband. It's been installed 2 weeks now and no problems.

I cannot speak too highly of Ricky and Ryan who installed my Full Fibre connection. They actually came when the ground was covered in snow! They were efficient, tidy and courteous! You could not fault them! They deserve a bumper Christmas bonus folks!!!

Can thoroughly recommend this company. The guys arrived on time, were very professional, helpful and courteous. They had to dig up front grass and some brick paving to lay cable which they did extremely carefully and all was put back and you wouldn't know they had been! Cannot believe how fast the internet is now. Thank you Lightning Fibre and special thanks to Owen and Fionn for all your hard work.

Lightning's fibre broadband installation went quickly and smoothly despite the icy conditions. Owen and Fionn were friendly and efficient, made very little mess and cleaned up after themselves. Broadband has been up for 5 days now without a hitch. All good!
