I had the pleasure of meeting Ash, Jack, Charlie, Jack and Jess today. What a brilliant team! They were so helpful, courteous and professional. I’m utterly delighted with my Lightening Fibre experience - from my initial call to Robin in Sales, to the delightful team who turned up earlier for the installation. As for the speed - simply ‘Wow’! The installation team of Matt and Ricky turned up on time and very quickly installed the equipment to my specifications. The weather was atrocious, but they were cheerful and efficient despite this. Everything has worked fine once installed. Cannot fault the service provided.

Matt, Damian fitted my my broadband yesterday. Even tho they had trouble with the signal ,that didn’t stop them from sorting the problem out. they asked me first if I was happy for them to carry out the work inside/outside my home each time. Very polite when speaking to me ,they kept everything clean and tidy after the work was completed

Excellent service from Lightning Fibre so far. Speeds are excellent and exactly as promised. The install was great with Dom & Ricky going above and beyond to get a tricky install sorted in a timely manner and where very knowledgeable with any questions I had. Couldn't recommend highly enough so far!

I really recommend Lightning Fibre for their customer service! Due to an electricity failure my broadband wouldn't start but Connar very helpfully tried lots of different ideas to get it going and eventually it worked.
Very kind of him to stay late doing this and a very different story to when things used to go wrong with BT... it took ages to get help.

Tanya and Jess installed my Lightning Fibre on Friday. They were great, and explained everything to me very clearly. Also recommended best place to site the router and extender so as to ensure best coverage, and so far I am not disappointed! It all went very smoothly and efficiently, and no mess. Girl power!

I had my 1GB Lightning Fibre connection installed on 3rd January by Tanya & Jess.
They explained the whole process throughout the installation and were very tidy, making sure I was happy with everything.
I would highly recommend getting your service installed by these guys and making the switch to Lightning Fibre.

Owen + Fionn were great guys! I was slightly late letting them in but they calmly called me to let me know they were and had already begun doing what they needed to do on the outside as I arrived. Owen talked me through very clearly how it all works and was very knowledgable on the questions I had to ask. They need to dig a small trench and really happy with the relaying of grass they done too. The Wi-Fi is amazing and so good they provide a booster with it!

Very fast internet service, some hiccups with the installation which delayed connection by 4 days.
Also the installation team need to learn how to use a spirit level.
The box fitted to the wall outside my house isn't level and the ONT box fixed to the wall in my hallway is also drunk!

An excellent performance by Lighting Fibre - from the original contact with sales to the final installation.
Having spent some time in telecoms in a past career I'm well aware of the complexities of installing an entirely new infrastructure. But given how long we have been running our Internet access on old twisted pair telephone cable to the home, Lightning Fibre's presence is a welcome leap into the 21st century.
Our installation was carried out by a knowledgeable and communicative team, JESS, JACK, CHARLIE, STUART AND MARK. They ran the optical cable well and had the system up and running very quickly. Running the cable is not always easy since it’s not possible to bend it too much. It’s quite an art finding a protected cable path into a house from the street.
Once the optical network unit and modem were up, the increase in Internet speed was immediate. We are currently using WiFi from the router so we cannot expect guaranteed full speed until we connect via ethernet cable. This is normal. So far though we’ve experienced no problems and we haven’t needed to use a WiFi extender so far.
