Installation proved to be trickier than expected but problems were solved very quickly. The team were all very friendly and effecient and left no mess. The speed I am now getting is as advertised. Wireless coverage could be better. My only real disappointment was losing the landline connection- but that is a minor quibble really.

Very polite staff (Dom & Ricky) who did a very efficient and neat job of getting the Lightning fibre into our house. Then they checked the signal, and ensured it reached all around the house.

Brilliant service from Ash and Jack! There was a local issue which meant that after installation I was unable to connect straightaway but Ash kept in close contact and arrived within half an hour of my return home to get everything up and running, very happy.

Installation was brilliant. The guys got on with just putting it in and they had no problem answering any queries I had. Since it was put on and I was able to connect I have had no problem with buffering or dropouts.

Ash and Jack did a great job installing everything efficiently, and all is working well. There were some communication issues internally with Lighning Fibre as I phoned to change the install date, but the installers turned up anyway, unaware I had rescheduled. Fortunately they were earlier than expected so they got the job done in time.

We have a very long drive so it did pose a few problems with installation. Once installed it was running ok but after a couple of days it went down. Once reported the engineers turned up the same day and installed a new modem. Everything working fine now. Great engineers and very friendly.

We are a busy community centre. Lightening Fibre connected us to fibre, they kept us informed as to when the team would arrive. Four people arrived, they discussed with me what they planned to do and check with me if this is what we wanted. They worked carefully around us, and the people using the centre. They did the work quickly and smoothly, also replacing the block work in front of the safely and evenly. They explained to me how it worked and how to use the Pro Mesh app.

About the instalation process, Matt and Damian showed up on time and date agreed. Whole installation process went nice and smooth, no problems. They asked where I need my router/ modem to be and istalled it with professional manner. My net is working perfect no issues.

It took more than what I was expecting to get connected and internet goes online but speed is good once connected.
Customer service is also good, I had an issue and contacted the customer service and they responded quiet fast.
Overall is recommended if you have a bit of patience.
