Installation from original engagement only took three working days. Absolutely fantastic considering Sky, Vodaphone, OpenReach and City Fibre had all failed to deliver over a cumulative seven week period. So far the service including availability and speed has been excellent.

Fantastic service from the sign up to installation.
Never felt pressured, just advised and informed throughout. The teams in the office (sales and customer care) were always happy, polite, friendly and helpful.
Sami especially (apologies if i have not spelled your name correctly) took me through the options offers and advised a recommendation.
Special mention to George and Fred who installed and connected us. Prompt, fast (not rushed), polite and efficient install. Took the time to explain and organise everything. Ensured I was fully happy and understood everything before they left. Made sure to let me know to call if there was any issues however small and they would resolve right away.
Even better to be supported by a local business. Would not hesitate to recommend

Well I have to tell you I am very impressed with this company
The original installation was done really
Well but we had it put in the wrong place which was our fault
So they agreed to move it and an installer arrived Wednesday and with a smile willingly and carefully moved it all!!
We are very pleased and thank you guys very much for your customer care

From start to finish the process has been seamless.
Had an initial call with Ryan - understood my concerns about situating modem and router, and said they would do their best to accommodate me on the day and the engineer would discuss the install before proceeding.
On installation day Dom and Ricky took the time to see how they could best install the devices and did a great job of siting the switch and modem and making the connection.
The installation was quick and we were up and running in no time.
