Just had this installed by Ash and Owen. Very professional and did a great job. Only hitch was that they were unable to connect me on the day because there was no spare capacity in the cabinet on the street. In my view this should have been identified during the sales/pre-installation period so that it could be rectified. Not the fault of the installation team as far as I could see. I should add that this was rectified the following day and the connection completed.

Had Lightning Fibre installed this week by two very friendly and helpful guys called Dan and Liam.
Was very impressed by how smoothly it all went and how neat and professional the whole process was.

Very good pre sales service. The only problem I encountered was on installation day when there was a bit of a mix up and they didn't turn up expected in the morning. I had to phone in and engineers were with me within the hour. They were helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I have had back calls to check all is OK which is very commendable and makes me feel confident that after sales service will be good.

This is based on a minor fault and a request for an additional extender.
I had a minor issue on Saturday 11/03/23 and gave them a call very late in the day. I was informed that it would be unlikely to be resolved on Saturday but low and behold on Sunday morning before my first cuppa, an engineer was fixing the problem. That is good honest service. The problem solved and all was good. I received a call from the Lightning Fibre team to see if I was happy, which I was and reminded them I wanted an additional booster. Again great service as it was delivered to my house a couple of hours later. Fantastic and deciding to go with Lightning Fibre was possibly the best decision I have ever made.

Called lightning fibre to discuss the possibility of getting it installed, spoke to Conor who was really helpful and gave me all the Information I needed to decide there and then, it was installed the following week, on time, by Damian, Jack and Matt. They explained everything to me and I let them crack on, about and hour or so later it was all done and I am now enjoying super sweet Internet speeds..thank you

Dan and Ricky came and installed lightning fibre today and both was very pleasant and work was done quickly and professionally. Installed the router where I wished and am getting speeds of 900mb+ upload and download through ethernet and around 500mb+ both through wifi throughout the house. They did provide a booster aswell but for our house it is not needed. So far so good.

Great experience with Rob in customer service getting my order in. Dan and Liam who came to fit it were very quick - within half an hour or so I had a clean cable installation through the wall, no damage to the garden and huge download speeds all through the house and (it turns out) garden. So much better than other providers.

Hardware / cabling very good.
The management app is not great and doesn’t reliably show every device connected.
Speeds and reliability are as expected.
Update 11th March: the management app is 3rd party but was recommended by the installation team. Customers should be able to know who and what is connected to their network. This 3rd party app is better than nothing. Support calls are for support not management.

I have been waiting for some time to be able to be connected and was very excited to finally be connected . the experience with Lightning Fibre was great even back in the earlier days when they were just installing the duct.
1/ the civil works were fantastic a great team.
2/ the sales team were really helpful and got me set up.
3/ I was contacted for a suitable install date and that was followed up by a call to confirm the day before.
3/ the guys who installed it were Jack and Damien and explained everything they were going to do and if I wanted something different they would try to accommodate. they do this all the time so there was no better wany other than what they suggested.
A really nice neat job, done in wicked conditions and they still remained friendly and helpful.
Your company should be very proud to have these guys as they were praising the company which adds up to dedicated staff working for a reliable friendly local company which in turn means quality end results.
