Had my installation completed last week. Overall experience of connection and service was great. I am getting good speeds. I have awarded 3 stars due to the long wait (2years) of constant promising, inconsistent information about go live dates from LF staff.

Ashley and Dan the two engineers who fitted my full fibre broadband were great. Friendly, courteous and professional and a real credit to their company. The upload speed is equivalent to the download speed unlike fibre to the cab Cooper and my speeds are exactly right.

Excellent service all round from ordering to installation. Quick install date and they were happy to follow the cable route I wanted after pre installation survey. Slight fault on cable install but worked until the issue was resolved. Speeds are superb and aftercare excellent.

Installers turned up as arranged. Installation took about an hour and a half to complete. The area was left tidy. The internet developed a fault a couple of days later but was quickly resolved the next day.

Had Lightening Fibre fitted yesterday and internet speed is now massively improved. Really happy with that and with contract price. The installation process was carried out to a very high standard, with empathy and due regard to our wishes. Thank you Jess, Damien, Ashley and Dan - first class. Spoke with customer service this morning to confirm matters relating to our contract - now we are live and again received excellent customer service from Sam and Karen. Thank you.

The installer was very helpful and informative. He explained everything and answered all my questions. There was a glitch for a couple of days but we still had our former ISP online so that was no problem. When online, our speeds multiplied by a factor of four for a more economical product. No landline, but then we have our mobile phones! We have been helped by a very generous cover while we finish with our former ISP.

Address not found initially because company failed to give correct details to team. Entire inside system had to be replaced because of faulty components. Instead of one single visit, it took three.

From start to finish lighting fibre were amazing.
The initial contact was polite and friendly but not pushy, the workmen laying the cables in our town were always polite and helpful if you needed them to move.
The installation engineers were also polite and friendly and explained the set up etc.
This was followed up with a call to check we were happy with everything.
Very satisfied so far!

Installation was carried out by a great team of engineers (Ash, Liam and Matt) who were courteous and polite. Installation was clean and tidy with no mess left. I experienced a problem with the connection failing on a couple of times after installation - all tests were carried and verified as working prior to the engineers leaving.
We did have an issue with the line being stable which meant 2 additional visits from the engineers to rectify the issue. The support from Adam and Carol in the call centre and portal were great in organising the return of the engineers within the same day and have rectified the issue.
Big thanks to Ash, Liam and Matt who can back and were apologetic and courteous as they rectified the issue. The service and support far outweighs the technical issues at the start.

Extremely pleasant experience from start to finish, Connor from the sales team was more than helpful in arranging the correct package for my families needs. Andy and Nathaniel attended to complete the instal, both very polite and professional. We discussed upon arrival where the best place for the router to be situated was (different to where the previous router was placed at the master socket). Instant speeds delivered to the property as advertised, has now been installed for several days and very impressed. Noticeably quicker and no issues with connectivity or drop outs. Would recommend.
