Jess, Jacob and Levi were absolutely amazing today as I got my Lightning Fibre Router up and running, from the assessments to the actual installations were all spot-on and 100% professional. The wires can be seen only on a very close observation. You lot deserve much more than 5⭐️s, thank you!

Fast to install and so far very good up/download speeds as stated. Router and extender appears at this point in time far superior than the last lattest TalTalk router which was hopeless along with their service.
Stay away from TalkTalk, from my experience their management ifrastructure, accounting and faulting is less than useless

Had Jess, Jacob and Levi install our fibre cable yesterday. They had to dig up a part of the garden to drill a hole in the garden wall and they were super careful with the flowers and moved them out of the way. They did a really great job and were super friendly. They also tested the connection in the flat afterwards and provided us with a booster to ensure high speeds. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for high speed internet.

We waited for months for lightning fibre to be installed and throughout that time they kept us up to date about progress. Although it was a long wait from the laying of cables, validation of Internet connection and finally, today, being connected, customer service has been brilliant and the people connecting us today also brilliant. We are a high usage household, one working from home, 3 other computers and streaming on tablets and tvs, so looking forward to better bandwidth usage than previously. Been assured we will definitely have much better connectivity. Can't complain about lack of updates, been great. A friendly company and looking forward to our journey together.

Great customer service from the person who sold us the service and the installation engineer, very tidy and clean. I was impressed with a post installation call to make sure everything was running ok. Internet speed is greatly improved. Would highly recommend.

The fibre was installed yesterday. Because there was a technical problem four men came to the house, all were polite and helpful. It turned out the problem was not at the house but at the cabinet, wherever that is.
The installation was neat, tidy and clean. And the speed is phenomenal, I am on a 500 mbps package but actually getting a higher rate. A two and a half hour UHD movie downloaded to my Sky Q box in less than five minutes.
Although it is early days my initial reaction is to give Lightning Fibre a strong recommendation.

I had Lightning Fibre installed as the cost of my BT one which I’ve had for years was ridiculous. Lightning Fibre offered better speeds than BT at a fraction of the cost & I love the fact they are local. Great service throughout, Liam & Dan were really friendly & made sure I was up & running & knew how to get all my different things set up before they left. Speeds have been amazing. Am really glad I made the change from BT.

Everyone I spoke to or dealt with at Lightning Fibre over the phone has been extremely helpful and friendly.
There was never any upselling, and I was kept up to date with progress after my initial expression of interest regularly.
The engineers that did the installation were fast, clean, and professional. They explained everything clearly and left everything as tidy (or tidier) than how they found it.
End to end, my experience with this company has been exceptional.

Had my lightning fibre connected today, the guys who turned up to do it made a great job. Very quick. Very efficient. Explain the whole system to me so once they have gone I could connect up my computers, skybox TV etc everything was working fine. I’ve done a Speedtest several times since it’s been installed it comes up as fast as they said it would, 96. Meg download 104 meg upload. Can’t ask for more than that at the price I’m paying. When I consider this is less than half the price of BT. It’s also three times the speed of download, The uploading speed is unbelievable compared to BT whose best speed is 5 Mags how crap is that BT?

Hi, Yesterday Ash and Jack installed the Lightning Fibre,I stay in a rented house,my letting agent have issues with drilling holes on front wall.I communicated same to installation team.They did a very good job.Thanks to them.They haven't drilled any new holes as requested and used existing holes in window.Many Thanks to Dino and team who offered me promotional offer.I hope We enjoy high speed as promised in browsing.

STRONG POINTS
We have just recently joined with Lightning Fibre. The engineers (Andy and Nathaniel) came round to our flat on the scheduled date and on time. I must also point out that prior to the installation date, I was also phoned the day before by the sales team (Luke) which was helpful as I could ask him a few questions beforehand. When doing the installation work, Andy was very informative, offered advice and answered all my questions comprehensively and reassuringly. Not to discredit Nathaniel’s services in any way, as he was doing largely the external work. I’d like to also shout out to the sales staff who assisted in the process and overall, are a very polite team. Thank you.

Although (at the time of writing) we are satisfied with Lightning Fibre, I feel there are areas where Lightning Fibre could improve. For instance, installation inspections (our flat initially failed the installation inspection) and email/admin errors (incorrect customer name, two direct debits set up as opposed to one). The email/admin errors are now resolved.
I would definitely recommend Lightning Fibre.
