From the outset this has been a refreshing and straightforward experience. The website is easy to use. I didn't quite believe that there wan't any catch or small print for the service, so I called and spoke to a very lovely sales advisor (sorry, forgot his name), he was friendly, helpful, informative.
The contract is for hight speed internet, more than double the speed I was getting from BT at almost half price. The contract is a set fee for the whole 24 months (unlike BT who hiked their price several times during my contract with them). Also, I was reassured that if I move to a place that i can't bring my lightning fibre contract it'll be ended without penalty - how very refreshing, reassuring and customer-centred!
Ricky & Callum did the install, they were polite, efficient and friendly.
The speeds are just as super-fast as promised.

My god what an amazing company to deal with, back in October I shared my interest in going full fiber, between then and Feb I had update phone calls, in march got the call to say now ready to connect, another few calls leading up to install. Monday 27th Ash Jack and Kiron turn up at the chosen time slot took a couple of hours full up and running, they went through everything they had done and did not leave untill I was happy with all aspects of their work, fantastic lads, then last and not least a few days later I get another call to make sure I was still happy and every thing was good, this is how UK businesses should be run, outstanding and the best bit no bloody oversea call center keep it up guys and a massive thank you

Lightening Fibre staff have all been thoroughly polite and professional with an attention to detail rarely seen in a post pandemic world. The installation by Owen and Fionn was to the highest standard which was exceptional with absolutely no mess and the full fibre broadband is working and performing better than advertised. Before, during and after sales service from Karen is brilliant and cannot be faulted, quite refreshing. Thank you Lightening Fibre.

Had the pleasure of Matt, Damien and Fred doing my install today, really polite and hard working group of lads gave me a quick run through of what the plans of action was and to get my router where I wanted it and off they went with no disruption to me, the place was spotless after they left so such so you wouldn't of known they were here.
Now I have an amazingly fast Internet service which is quite literally 100x faster then my previous provider.

Registered my interest in North Hailsham over a year ago. Didn't think I'd ever get connected. My patience had been well rewarded. Connection date Monday 27th March, they came round to have a look on the Friday. Told me what they would do, said they'd be there at 8am. Saturday they called, to remind me they were coming on Monday. Looked out the window at 8am on Monday morning & there was the van! They worked very neatly & made decisions that were better for me but harder for them! Despite having other jobs to do afterwards, not once did I feel they were rushing and made sure I was completely happy before leaving site! My journey with Lightning Fibre is just beginning, but at the time of writing, I'm one very happy customer. Thank you to installation team of Liam & Jordan & massive thank you to Lightning Fibre

Installation guys were excellent. Polite, neat, tidied up after themselves, consulted before installation re where the hardware will go. I signed up for 500mb and am getting around half that on wifi which is still 4-5x faster than Sky. So far I'm very pleased and would recommend LF to friends and family.

I spoke to their office on the phone. They explained what would happen so we agreed an AM appointment the following week. The crew arrived at 8.05 so no waiting around! All done in an hour or so. Charlie, Ryan and Levi were friendly, polite and did a neat job of getting the cable into the house, then showed me how it all works. I`m glad I made the switch.

First class service, received a call advising of the fitting date for my fibre for 2wks time, then received an email confirming also received a reminder call. Engineers were friendly, polite and efficient. I received a follow-up call checking that everything was ok. The fibre is working great, no more buffering!

The installation teams were all pleasant and polite but it took three separate visits before the cable was buried completely and using the best route and even then there was some damage done to my Aco channel. Aaron was the most capable and sensible installer.

The guys arrived at the start of the allocated window, they were polite and professional. They had a conversation with me about where I wanted the cables and provided the desired solution. Worked efficiently. All work complete in 2.5hrs. Minimal disruption.
