Taken a long time to get sorted ,but now all is fine , my only criticism is one of communication between, the Office and the installation teams; i.e they arrive on site sometimes not knowing what the current situation is leaving me to tell them , all staff i have been in contact with were both polite and helpful

Lightning fibre came to install fibre at our house, I cannot speak highly enough of the service we recieved. The 2 gents that came to install (Fionn and Owen) were very professional, all was installed and setup ready to go within a couple of hours. I was working at home in the room they were installing to, they did their very best to ensure my work was not interrupted during the installation process. Since installation our fibre has worked without fault at the speeds promised. If you are looking for a fibre service you cannot go wrong with Lightning Fibre.

Lightning fibre came to our home on the last day of February and in three hours transformed us from a 20mbs to 700mbs Broadband speed.
The two guys, Ash and Liam, who installed the service were very pleasant, one working outside and one inside. The hub and modem are exactly where we wanted them and we have a signal extender upstairs. Well done everyone.

Very pleased with the outcome. My sales advisor, Leia was excellent. However it took a few visits by the survey team to decide it was possible. I had to push this to make it work. Stewart knew what he was talking about. The install team were also excellent.

Really pleased with the service, the Matt and Damian did a great job on the install and were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful with the positioning of the cable through the front garden (it was absolutely freezing when they installed it too so cheers chaps!). Great price too considering I was paying the same for 30ish mbps with NOW TV with a router that would need a hard reset once a week.

The entire process was excellent, the booking accommodated changes to my completion date, the removals team were very polite, efficient and helpful.
They put carpet protectors in the old house and the new and also used plastic shoe protectors. During the move I was called by the office to check how it was going. All the items were handled carefully and arrived undamaged. I will recommend Bournes.

The attentive office staff, speed of which my connection was arranged (waited under a week, unlike most other suppliers), and the efficiency of Dom and Ricky who completed my installation, was faultless.
Connection is great, and I was up and running without a glitch!
Happy to receive 3 months free, as a consequence of being referred by a neighbour!

Installation was completed a week or so ago, done very quickly after we agreed to sign up. Nice to have a pre-install visit to agree the plan and everything went smoothly. No fuss made about providing us a booster, just handed over as part of the service. Speeds seem very good, even Sky could understand why we were leaving with all that considered!
The pre-sales team were not too pushy but kept in touch after I expressed some interest - Sam in particular was very patient, trying to reach me many times as we played phone tennis during work hours!
I am optimistic things will continue as they have started, once again, so far so good!
