Jess & Jacob installed full fibre broadband from the pavement to my house and fitted the equipment where I wanted it. They also explained the installation well and left their work clean and tidy. Would recommend.

We were recommended to Lightning by a family member.
When we contacted Lightning they were very friendly and took the explanation of how much, what would happen etc slowly so that we could understand properly.
We are very happy with the results and now do not get buffering when we are trying to watch tv.
For us it took two visits to get everything running smoothly but the work force were very good at saying what was happening and did a good, clean job.

The engineers had all the gear, including covers to go over their boots as the garden was left in perfect order, very willing to do anything extra and very kind clean helpful engineers would have no trouble having them back for any problems. Peter Fenner see

Very happy with my installation and the broadband is very fast.
The installation crew turned up on time and the installation went very well. They put the router where I wanted it, were very clean and tidy.
I have done plenty of speed tests and am receiving min 100mbps upload and download speeds and has never dropped out like my old broadband used to

Had a rocky start first few days but that was down to hardware issues and in the ground issues but they were on top of it immediately. Couldn't fault the experience very pleased with the service I've received and would recommend to anyone

Installation engineers were very good, we talked through options for location of router etc, they explained what they needed to do, got on with it no issues. The speed I am getting is pretty much as advertised and paid for. No buffering at all. Very happy with installation and price of lightning fibre .

Ricky and Callum made the install process very easy. Excellent communication at all times, and very helpful with any questions. Pre and post install process was seamless and communication with head office staff were excellent. WiFi coverage around the homes is very good and connection speed is exactly what was expected. No outages so far. Definitely would recommend lightning Fibre.Thanks guys one happy customer, I'm sure you will have many more.

Really pleased to be using a local company. The team that arrived for the installation were professional and helpful. The installations took a couple of hours or so but they were tidy and careful. Almost immediately had internet speeds I’d never had before and instantly changed how our home operates. So far really pleased.

I would like to thank Etienne, Joao & Dom who were at our house last week to try and blow the fiber as the wrong ducts were installed in our road. They managed to do this and we are now setup with the speeds promised.
Also a big thank you to Damian and Matt who came to do the initial install but weren't able to complete and everybody at Lightning Fiber for resolving our issue in a very timely manor.
