Just had fiber installed at home. I live quite a distance from the road so this made for a difficult instal. However the engineers Liam & Charlie took it on with enthusiasm, and skill.
The both behaved very proffesionaly, were very friendly and informative.
The instal went very well. I now have super speed broadband all over the house and with the booster, the length of my 120 foot garden.

I had Owen and Dan, the Lightning Fibre engineers come today to fit the fibre line to the house for my new Lightning Fibre package to commence.
I am on disability and unable to work at the moment so it was a joy to these two come to the house as they were incredibly friendly and so full of life. They are very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They dug up my garden to run the cable to the side of the house, once finished Owen took me outside to show me the work and tried to show me where they had dug the garden up but I couldn't see it! They literally left it as they found it.
Inside the house everything was put back where it was when they began work, and Owen gave me a comprehensive run through of how the router and booster work including leaving me confident that I supported and in the know.
I made them a cup of coffee each and they made sure that I got the cups back and placed neatly together, little things do matter.
A great experience and I enjoyed having them here.

Sam the guy who called me to set up my connection was very polite and helpful.

Three men arrived in the morning, did a recce of the house and access points to ensure the best layout. Offered several alternatives and allowed us to choose the option which best suited us (router placement)
Extremely polite and helpful with setup, explained everything thoroughly and provided onward support information if required.
Speed was 35-40mbps with TalkTalk and now we are getting 980mbps on our line

Nathaniel, Andy and Fred installed ours and were polite, professional and excellent with a neat and tidy install, all went brilliantly. The team of gents who performed the cabling and digging up the pavements are worth a mention too.....Great gents, polite, hardworking and professional. Our installation failed due to a faulty cable about fifty metres away. It took two months to resolve.
Every company has problems, customers understand that. What annoys customers is not keeping them informed.
It seemed to take an angry phone call from me to get action from Lightning Fibre. I wasn’t angry about the fault but about the lack of communication. Our installation was then successfully completed in a couple of days.
All is now working very well so for that four stars but customer communication needs improvement.

The installation team turned up on time the gentleman were considerate as we have two nervous dogs, they carried out the work with minimal fuss and explained how the whole system worked, the price I pay is a fair amount in all I’m happy that I moved from previous supplier

The three guys installing the cable arrived when they said they would and ran the cable through the front garden such that I could not see the cable run. The installation inside the house was equally neat and tidy.

Excellent installation team. Clever thinking to get fibre from property box to house.Very neat installation and friendly knowledgeable guys. Absolutely no mess or fuss and the customer service team solved my initial query promptly and efficiently. I now have high speed (500Mbps) broadband throughout the house. and a booster if i want to extend it further to my garden room. I am saving almost £15 per month on my previous arrangements, and getting 5 times the speed with better reliability.

The customer service with Lightning Fibre was excellent. I found the staff to be very patient and helpful over the phone. When they came round to install the Fibre Network I was out but they explained everything clearly. I would recommend Lightning Fibre to anyone who is thinking of getting full fibre.

The install team took the time to work out the issues of getting the fibre past tree roots and began the street to outside wall ahead of scheduled time. On the day of the connection, with half the work done, it was swift and tidy. Instructions were given for how to get the system working and the set up came with a WiFi booster (we still need to find the best place for this).
The speed has been as advertised, much better than the copper to the house previously. We have now cancelled our old provider and are confident that the new system will be more reliable as well as faster.
I would the recommend taking advantage of current deals and upgrade soon.

A really personalised service from the team that fitted my broadband. Marc oversaw the works that required digging through my neighbours property, Charlie, Jacob and Levi fitted on the day and they were so helpful, courteous and flexible when I needed to change the appointment time slightly.
