Damian and Matt did an impressive job drilling through the wall, through the path and garden, and looked like they had barely been there after they left. And all within an hour! Amazing service and can't recommend enough. Speed does what it says on the tin with up to 900 mBps so far

Lightning Fibre is the best Internet speed and service I have ever come across; it beats the others hands down.
The best part is its reliability: it doesn’t start off well and then gradually grind down until you complain, it keeps its standards high and, on the rare occasion, in the early days, if something goes wrong the chances are they know about it before you do and are already fixing it.
This is service that hasn’t existed for far too long with other companies. Keep it up, Lightning Fibre!

From initial contact to installation Lightning Fibre have been brilliant. Installation was quick, professional and friendly. I have 2 boys and as we all know gaming is it. Really happy so far, we didn't get a WiFi extender when having everything installed which would be great to boost the connectivity throughout. Aside from that cannot fault them.

I had this installed a week ago and can not be more happier. Halved my cost and tripled my speed. Today they even announced I will get another third more for free. Highly recommend getting lightning fibre.

A local service that beats all the big providers on cost speed and service . Unlike City Fibre who are a middleman for other providers like talk talk . With Lightening you pay the company who actually provides the infrastructure and the service. You speak directly to an English speaking person you can actually understand unlike many call centres. The installation was faultless ,the speeds as advertised and the one issue we had was dealt with and rectified immediately. The best internet provider by a mile

We were one of the first of Lightning Fibre's customers during lockdown, so there were a few delays and minor teething problems before full installation, but it was all sorted out, and we've been blown away by their friendly professionalism in attending to our specific requirements, the speed and neatness of installation, the amazing quality of service and the reliable 750+ Mps! We use a VOIP phone service instead of a landline.
The difference to our previous provider, TalkTalk, is like chalk and cheese in every way.
After our first 2-year contract ended recently, the price went down not up, which was a happy surprise, and now they're increasing the speed for no extra cost.

Surprisingly fast and efficient installation, although they said I could have the modem in any room, it was it was installed before I realised it. Up until now it has worked efficiently and it is nice to have a locally named contact available. One problem has developed this month whereby a computer connected by an Ethernet cable through the mains system keeps dropping the line. I suspect it may be the VPN tried to take the connection over.

Our install was handled by Owen and Dan, who were great. Very efficient, let us get on with our day - Was refreshing to hear them joking back and forth with each other as they worked. Very professional, very clean install, would highly recommend.

Once again Lightning Fibre demonstrated their commitment to achieving the best standards available and have enhanced the customers BB service/bit rate with increased speeds as their benchmark.

From being contacted to the installation Lightning Fiber, were open fair and honest and my installation was faultless. The price cannot be beaten and the speed is exactly what you signed up for. Full Fiber, no copper wires, door to door. Lightning Fiber are also a service provider, so no middle man. If like myself you don't want a landline telephone, you don't pay any line rental, i would recommend them as the provider. On the wireless side, the router could be better, but with their booster my three storey house including the attic are covered. Customer service and tech advice is also good.

Lightening Fibre was being put into the area where I live. My neighbour had it first and said it was very good, so I enquired and was given a package that was reasonable in price so went for it and have not looked back. It is excellent and brand new as only recently been installed here. The men and lady that came to my flat to install it were professional and helpful. After they left and I had a problem they came back the same day and didn’t leave until I knew exactly how to use it on my tv, and phone. Another interesting fact you need no phone line so cuts out that expense. So I would recommend it as I am happy with the service I receive.

I moved to Eastbourne from London 18 months ago and am enjoying 10x faster speeds than any of my friends and family up in the big smoke! I work from home and need peak performance at all times and these guys have a customer for life in me! If you’re a gamer, my KDR on COD has also gone through the ROOF thanks to the ping levels, beware the M16!!
All these bundled packages have always felt like a scam to me so I’m very grateful for a simple, straightforward and very low priced contract which is all I need!

Installation, now months ago, was very professional and impressive. Service since has been ok but disappointing when programmes fail to download. Climatic conditions seem to impact delivery sometimes. So service not quite added up to promise nor requests to sort. Did not take contract to have to do fixing myself but hey hopefully things will get even better. Bound to be initial teething problems. Hope this is what experiencing.

I recently wrote a review which wasn't quite 100%. Lightning called right away saying they wanted to discuss and help in any way they could. It really wasn't serious enough to do that. Now they are increasing speeds at no extra cost. I think few providers of any service would have that much concern for their customer care. Thanks Lightning.

Just coming to the end of my first year with Lightning Fibre, and am absolutely delighted with it.
Having moved from Talktalk, I find the speed, reliability and service so much better. A couple of outages during the year quickly dealt with by local engineers, long may it continue.
