Pleasant company to deal with, broadband works well, installation painless. Fixed rate for length of the contract means fixed rate unlike BT. If you do have any issues their local staff sort it out very efficiently. In all I can’t fault them

Installed by Ryan and Callum, two weeks after the service went live in my area. Done quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess. Speeds are as advertised. Very happy, Xbox streaming effortlessly. The installation guys were brilliant.

The best experience I've had with any customer service provider. Had all my issues resolved perfectly. Phone was answered immediately and was provided all the answers for my enquiry by a woman named Carol. Would definitely recommend any service provider that is this good at communicating with customers.

I dealt with Sam Thomson who followed me up from an online enquiry. He was really informative and friendly. Sam offered me a great deal to help me get out of a bad deal with an existing provider.
The speeds are better than I expected and the signal is great throughout the whole flat.
The installation engineers were knowledgeable and left no mess while working efficiently!

Perfect installation, cable is hidden very well. Engineers cleaned floor after installation, and even give us signal repeater to the first floor. Speed is amazing as advertised, about 500 download 500 upload. It was really superb experience to have it installed.

Like a lot of people I've been waiting a long time, but I do understand Lightning are doing a major installation which takes time, I have to say the wait was worth it.
Not only am I saving money over BT where I was only getting 30mb download, I'm now getting download speeds in excess of 900mb and over 800mb upload which is crazy fast.
On BT if there was a patch for my Xbox games I would wait hours, now it's a couple of minutes which means I can get on with what I want to do.
Installation was carried out by Damian and Matt who were super polite and discussed my needs before starting the installation.
They were very professional and answered all my questions whilst getting on with the job.
Once installed they explained everything I needed to know about the equipment and what to expect.
It would have been nice if they turned up with sausage and egg McMuffins but hey ho you can't have everything lol.
Overall a superb experience from a great company.

Installation was on a very cold day. Arrived at agreed time. Had to work in very confined space without complaint. Polite and tidy. A credit to Lightning Fibre. Installation took a few hours but they didn't leave until they answered the questions we had.

Need to complain... wanted to give 10 stars!!!! Owen & Dan - amazing aproach to client, very friendly and proffesional! I had competitors to LightingFibre comming (CityFibre) and they were not able to connect reschedulled 3 times etc. so YES!! LIGHTING FIBRE IS PRO COSTUMER!!! AND I WILL RECOMEND!! I have 1 Gbps and it is FLYING!!!!!! SPEED!!! comapring to my BT (62Mbps (maximum at my house) SO DONT THINK TOO MUCH!!! BECOME CUSTOMER NOW!!!

I highly recommend Lightning Fibre to any future customers. I thoroughly enjoyed the morning whilst the installation was happening . Ash and Jack were brilliant and worked very neatly with respect for my property. The experience was definitely a good one with them explaining everything afterwards. Jacob and Jess arrived on time, first thing they did on arrival was both removed their boots, before coming in to inspect where the installation was to be done, fully engaged in getting the best path for the connection cable, we are on a hill and have steps to the front door so not the easiest to install from the road level, everything was meticulous, from respect to the property to communication on what the plan was and every little bit of cable, dust from drilling, packaging cleaned up and bagged as they went,
once installed they took us through the equipment ensured we were connected and made sure the booster was paired,
i cannot fault the way they worked if the broadband service matches them I will be very happy

Technician was great! We have a strange laid out house, and he fitted the cable with minimal damage as we rent also! It meant him climbing through our garage and into a cubby hole! He was fab! And we've had no problem with the connection at all! One of the first companies that we haven't. Honestly couldn't fault them. And easily contactable with is also a first 😍

Very easy to sign up online. The fitters that came round to install were polite and friendly and tidy!! They both explained everything I needed to know. All good so far. I signed up for the 500mbs service and my honest review is realistically you will get 350mbs onwards (500 speed into the router) but we were used to 30mbs so for us and our many devices its very good so very happy all round.

Having just had work done by this company I have no difficulty in recommending them to any future customers. Ashley and Jack were amazing, very respectful of my property and did an extremely neat job of positioning cables etc. Explained everything to me clearly and it was a pleasure to have them here. As well as the enjoyable morning with the guys the company phoned the next day just to check if all was well. I can just say well done Lightning Fibre.

The online connection seems to be stable these last few months. The speed does not feel as fast a promised though it is constant. However, the company is promising to increase the speed to 150mb as of May 2023. I've had some teething problems at the beginning of my contract for a couple of times but the technical staff were quick to sort them out. All in all, I am happy with the overall service, and the coverage around the house is very good.
