I took the service initially to start replacing Broadband from Sky (Openreach) where service levels have been poor in Heathfield. Speed and reliability have been excellent and I am now looking forward to the telephone and television services to commence so that I can ditch Sky completely!

Generally ok but if I have a power cut I have to reset the box, easy but pain in bum, BT used to just restart.
I’ve had trouble connecting Ring doorbell that LF blamed Ring for, Ring super helpful even sent a replacement as they couldn’t work out what the issue was then LF admitted they caused the problem all along( literally hours of my life was wasted).
I don’t always get the speed I’m paying for.
When it’s working as it should it’s good, just a few niggles have annoyed me.

What a great service I got from Nic,Luke and Paul. I didn’t have to wait long they fixed up my broadband in lighting speed. Up and running in just over an hour. Thank you so much. Very happy indeed.

Levi and his team (Jess and another gentleman) worked quickly and carefully to install our new fibre connection.

Had a few issues with delays due to blockages but was setup today, engineers that arrived were very friendly I explained that my flat was having significant works and I would prefer they just got the cabling up and left everything in the middle of the room (with some excess cable so I could choose the final location of the ONT and Router eg). Very accommodating which is nice to see, In the past with other ISP's I've just been told no we have to do it like this to ensure it works and you don't break it (which is quite annoying to hear when you work as a network engineer), Felt like they were actually listening to what I was saying and not just reading from a company handbook.

The speeds I'm currently recieving are perfect, I'm getting 950Mbps up and down wired, recently my parents took out 1Gb FTTP with Vodafone (also in Eastbourne) and they struggle to get 400Mbps and ping and jitter are awful (2-5ms ping, 1ms jitter with Lightning) so very glad I waited for Lightning!

Although took some time to get installed to our road, superb service by Damian & Matt on the install. Slight connection problem in the road but fixed the next day and Damien & Matt came back same day to make sure I was all connected and working fine. Super fast connection and service.

Great experience all round : telephone sales dept was friendly, helpful and down to earth. Street installers were professional and courteous. In-home installers Ricky and Fionn were patient, professional, friendly and carried out the work very very neatly - you couldn't tell that the pavios had been taken up outside & then put back down again - and every effort was made to ensure I was happy with the job. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thanks to everyone involved. And my kids are over the moon with the fast connectivity!

Great service from the very first contact. From the lady who explained it all to my husband on the phone to Owen and Charlie who installed our fibre today couldn’t be happier with the service. Friendly, helpful and efficient are definitely words I would use to describe our experience. Installation was quick and very tidy. Decided to switch from Sky. Every contact with LF was very professional, friendly and polite. The team installing the outdoor cable and connections were very good. The team who sorted out the connections in the house and helped get our TV, computers sorted out were very helpful. I can only recommend LF. Nice to find a local company with a better product.

New install was good and the guys were very helpful. I had a speed problem the following day which was swiftly dealt with by the online support team. I cannot fault the whole team from initial contact through physical install to customer care. I would highly recommend.
