Had two engineers come out (Fred & Charlie) who were friendly, professional & efficient. Work was done to a good standard and didn't take them long, ran me through the setup booklet etc. Great guys. The couple of people I spoke with to arrange the install etc were really helpful and knew their stuff. All good, nothing bad to say!

At every stage of my dealings with Lightning Fibre they were extremely professional in the way they handled things. They were never pushy or tried to get me to spend more than I wanted and were always friendly and polite. Their installation team were great there was no mess no fuss and they were happy to discus options as to where the router ect went and were finished in no time at all. As to the speed of the fibre it is amazingly fast and everything worked first time. I would recommend Lightning Fibre to any one who wants hassle free broad band from a local company with a helpline if needed that is not in India that cares about their customers.

I have had my account with LF for a month now, and it's been rock solid from day one. The guys who installed were very good and friendly. The router is good, had no problems with it and the booster has come in useful.

Installed our fiber in literally 32 minutes.
I only had a problem since then - which is probably our fault anyway, but they fixed it swiftly. Called at 9:52 AM on a SATURDAY, 41 minutes later engineer shows up, swaps our router - another 8-9 minutes go by after he says it should go live any minute because they have to activate the new router remotely. BOOM, works.
Saved me from a terrible weekend especially because monday is a bank holiday as well. Incredible company!
Cue to my last ISP taking weeks of ongoing phone calls to have anyone show up at my doorstep AT ALL.

On April 20th, we had Lightning Fibre installed and wanted to give an accurate review of our experience a few weeks after installation. We spoke to two informative and friendly salespeople who helped us choose the 100 Mbps 24-month contract agreement. The installation process was smooth, and Liam and Charlie, the two installers, were polite, friendly, and efficient. They explained all the equipment to us and conducted speed tests, which showed almost double the speed we were getting from our previous provider. This was a pleasant surprise, and the service is considerably cheaper than Sky Broadband. We opted to keep our Sky TV and Q-box, as we prefer their operation. We were a bit disappointed to lose our landline, but the Lightning Fibre representatives assured us that we could have a VOIP phone when it becomes available later this year.
We have been using Lightning Fibre for a few weeks now and are pleased to report that our Ookla speed test results have remained consistent. The only minor issue we encountered was with connecting our Brother WiFi printer. We had to reinstall the printer program on our PC to get it to work, which had nothing to do with the installation or WiFi password. However, it's possible that some devices might require a bit of personal input passwords etc, when connecting to the new server/ modem.
Overall, we are very happy with the installation and the final results, and we haven't had any major concerns.

The whole experience from the beginning through to installation was very professional, communication was excellent and considerate, and both the engineers Fionn and Ricky were particularly careful, very efficient and very helpful indeed. All members of staff concerned were very pleasant indeed. Immediately on installation the system was all go, quicker than our previous supplier and without any glitches at all. Excellent job all round!

Lighting Fibre’s internet is extremely fast and fulfils all of my needs. Fred and Charlie from Eastbourne installed my Lightning Fibre and were extremely lovely young men. Very polite and always keeping me informed about what was being done. They are both a huge credit to the company. I have had no problems with Lightning Fibre and 100% recommend to everyone.

It was a bit of a battle to get the service delivered, but now it is I have to say it is excellent. Install team were brilliant - civils works were neat and tidy with good finish and the install to my house by Ash and Jack is also excellent.
Would defo recommend and you get a far more personal service than you do with the big suppliers - everyone who can have the service should go for it and shake things up a bit with the big suppliers who do not care about their customers due to years of very little real competition
