All the staff and team at lightning fibre are polite, friendly and helpful. Our two man installation team of Ricky and Fionn, were very efficient, they discussed what they were going to do, taking into account our views and carried out the work with minimal disruption.
Cleaning and tidying up after themselves. Ricky told us how everything worked and checked that the fibre was working before he left. Unfortunately we had a problem the following day, but this was quickly resolved and lightning fibre phoned to explain what had happened and was fixed quickly. I have since had a follow up telephone call to ask how the installation went and confirm that we were getting the speed we expected. I have switched broadband on many occasions and never had any company phone to see how things went. This is excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend lightning fibre for anyone considering them as a provider.

Well impressed the installers gave me a call on my mob asking if they could come earlier as they were ahead of scedule. They were able to install routers somewhere i though it would be difficult to install. They were polite respectful and cleaned up all thier mess. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak too highly regarding the efforts made by Sam in Sales to get us on board with Lightning Fibre..
Having been surprised that our area was still not live he quickly arranged for engineers to get them to confirm all was in order and arrange an installation date. He definately went the extra mile to ensure we could switch to Lightning Fibre and kept us informed of progress along the way.
Now looking forward to better broadband speeds!

Great communications. Ricky and Fionn were superb installers. Listened to my requests and installed fibre to the back of the house where existing ethernet connections were. Installation is almost invisible! Internet speeds are fast!

The installation was simple and the people I have spoken to are always helpful. What was disappointing is that being told I would get 500 mbps is only the case before you connect anything wirelessly - not something I (or probably many people) realise :( However it is still quicker than BT, doesn't drop out like BT and is much cheaper so overall really pleased.

The two fitters Ryan & Callum arrived on time, explained what they were going to do. They asked if I was happy with what they planned to do, which I was. They then very efficiently completed the task. They set up the router and booster explaining how they worked. I was very impressed with the work done, and would thoroughly recommend Ryan & Callum and Lightning Fibre.

they were very efficient and helpful and explained everything within a couple of hours my internet was up and running; I will stay with them long as possible and very highly recommend them to anyone who wants fast, reliable and value-for-money internet

At every stage of my dealings with Lightning Fibre they were extremely professional in the way they handled things. They were never pushy or tried to get me to spend more than I wanted and were always friendly and polite. Their installation team were great there was no mess no fuss and they were happy to discus options as to where the router ect went and were finished in no time at all. As to the speed of the fibre it is amazingly fast and everything worked first time. I would recommend Lightning Fibre to any one who wants hassle free broad band from a local company with a helpline if needed that is not in India and who cares about their customers.

Just had lLightning Fibre installed by Fionn and Ricky. They did a great job of routing the cable to the thin cable to our house with no mess. Great service and now enjoying 1Gb speeds.
