After being with another provider for 10 years we decided to have Lighting Fibre installed today 9th June 2023.
From initially speaking with Harry on the phone, who was very helpful in the beginning to arrange the install, The Lighting Fibre workmen who laid the cable, Carol calling a day before to confirming the installation date. We had Bill and Ben who carried out the installation.
Bill and Ben were very pleasant, tidy, liaising with me at all times during the installation. Two very nice blokes
( the other workmen referred to them as The Flower Pot Men)
Not only that, to finish it off the internet connection is second to none. Thank you to everyone.

Had the lovely Jess and Jacob install into my property this morning.
Absolute delights to have and did a smashing quick job getting installed and looking tidy.
Jess went through all of the features for me which were easy to understand.

The installation team arrived at the pre-arranged time and completed the work efficiently and cleanly. The only reason Lightning Fibre didn't get five stars was that they took longer than expected to respond to a query, although it was over a Bank Holiday weekend.

Been with them a few years, now sadly relocating outside of their area. Zero downtime. Fast connection. If you phone them you get through in seconds to a local call centre. Doesn't tie you into contracts. Let's you cancel easily. Doesn't write to you two months after installation to bump up the price, and then continue bumping it up every year. Competitive pricing. All in all, a completely refreshing experience after years of call centre hell and sketchy tactics from the likes of TalkTalk and Sky. Can't complain. (The majority of poor reviews seem to be from non-customers about the road works - that is a separate issue and one to take up with the council who gave permission for fibre installation in the town in order to increase competition and update an outdated BT infrastructure).

We have recently changed our provider to lightening fibre. After years of poor service and trying to withdraw from a contract that was over charged, we have found LF to be honest, straightforward, reasonably priced and easily contactable. So far so good!!

Lightning Fibre had a sales tent at the recent Magnificent Motors event in Eastbourne. I asked them about their product and service as I had been a long standing customer at a competitor telecoms company whose prices were going through the roof and broadband speeds were not! A few weeks later and here I am, all connected up to Lightning Fibre's super fast network. The installation was speedy and efficient and everything was explained clearly. The change in broadband speeds is very noticeable and is amazing! Follow up calls from the sales team checked that all was running smoothly with my installation. So, if you want a friendly, efficient and competitive broadband supplier, look no further than to Lightning Fibre. You won't be disappointed!

The installation was very efficient about 2 hours and carried out by a very polite set of engineers,Charlie, Liam and Levi, who explained the process and all of the relevant parts. With a very competitive price and fixed for 2 years I can definitely recommend Lighting Fibre

Lightening fibre was installed by Damien and matt,they were quick and efficient and polite and very informative. Since we have had it we have had no trouble regular speeds. Having had 6 months of problems with our previous supplier it has been nice to watch programmes without buffering. We would highly recommend lighting fibre to our friends.
