The 3 men that came to the house was brilliant, they had to get through alot of thorns to get the box on the house, they even went further to help me and removed them all.
Nothing wad too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond very polite and easy going. Couldn't have asked for me

Just had ours installed and very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the two engineers Jess & Matt.All up and running straight away and at last I can now get Channel 4 through my fire tv stick and instagram on Wi-Fi without using my 4g as the previous broadband speed didn’t support either,so I’m a very happy customer thank you!

Took a while to get an installation but with new infrastructure that is to be expected.
Comunication with sales was very good. David and Rob were very helpfull.
Install from Bill and Ben (I know right) was easy and they did as requested with regards routing cables. They also made good and cleaned up where required, were friendly and polite. A credit to the team.
I am getting just over 500mb down and up which is over 20x faster than sky (and cheaper) and has been very stable with no drop outs.
Only issue I have found is that sky box looses connection quite often which is a known issue with sky Q box and not a lightning equipment issue.

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and made the experience easy.
Jess was one of my installers and she was very knowledgable fully explained that there was an issue on initial set up (this is common) and did what needed to be done to rectify the issue and came back out to finishing getting me set up.
Speeds are as they should be and for less than what I was paying on BT!

We had some communication problems when we needed a call out to move the router.
We’ve been disappointed with the reception throughout the house. Other than the hard wired computer devices relying on Wi-Fi and the booster get very low, slow signal (and none in some parts of the house which isn’t a big one). We’ve also had some total dropouts

This is an early review and based on my experience today of the installation and speeds so far. Charlie, Liam and Levi were great - outlined what needed doing and installed everything where I asked which was great. The speeds are fantastic, I work from home so speed is important but so is stability. I am hopeful that this will be the case and that I will be able to write another review in a couple of months to reflect that. So far though, very very impressed

I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated by the gentleman who did the installation inside of my home, he was respectful of my property and even listened to a lonely old lady babbling. Both Ricky and Fionn worked hard to install my Lightning Fibre and were so quick. Respect to them both, thank you guys and thank you Lightning Fibre.

It has taken a while and quite a few false dawns, due to struggles with blockages getting the fibre installed, but we finally have Lightning fibre and I am impressed with both the performance and their support, since we had a couple of teething problems at the start.
Depending on where you live, you may not have an option on your fibre provider, which is currently the case in our road, but I have no hesitation in saying that Lightning Fibre should not be considered your Hobson's choice, it works as advertised - like lightning.

Three guys turned up to fit Liam Charlie and a third person they were polite and did the job in about half an hour they also cleaned up and took rubbish away and stayed to make sure that everything was running and that my fibre was working properly all in all a good service thanks
