I found the whole swap over process very efficient, the call centre staff were extremely helpful and answered all queries quickly, backed up in writing.
Install team very polite and ran through the install process on site and agreed all actions.
Set up in home was quick - system worked effectively.
One final notable point is that calls were answered extremely quickly by knowledgable staff - refreshing.

I had Lightning Fibre installed today and I'm happy so far, the engineers Owen and Dan were very professional, they did a great job install the cable and the box and no damage at all, they even clean the dust that was made inside my house. I hope I won't ever get disappointed for choosing lightning fibre. I would definitely recommend

Was kept up to date from when the service was live in my area, staff always friendly on the phone and helped me decide the best service for me.
On the day of installation, Ricky and Fionn came and I had already decided where I wanted the ONT and router to be. They were accommodating and put this where I asked. Install took less than 2 hours from being live and since then it has worked fine.

Damian and Matt came and installed my new lightning fibre broadband. It was all very quick, they explained the process at the start and then showed me the work at the end to check I was happy with it all. Both guys were very polite and were mindful of the plants in the garden which I appreciate! The broadband doesn’t even compare to my previous provider, the speeds are exceptional and I get signal throughout the house, something which has been an ongoing issue in the past.
