Installation was on time. Installers were friendly and helpful. They asked where I wanted the fibre to run inside the apartment and left it taped to the wall instead of clipping it in place so that I could tidy up afterwards with trunking. Internet speed is almost 500mb/s both ways. Just as good as I hoped it would be

Lightning Fibre is a relatively new company and are determined to impress their customers by providing a great service at a reasonable price. They are offering extremely good incentives and have offered excellent customer service. Because they are a young company they are still developing complimentary services such as telecoms but they do recommend good suppliers working in partnership. I would certainly recommend Lightning Fibre.

Out standing company keeps you informed with everything be it by email or phone call and as for the lads that installed the cable and router etc. and made it look easy installation I would like to thank Owen, Levi, & Jacob for the information and instructions what to do etc. and there concern as well about my health and the wishes on getting better

I was very pleased with the installation of the new fibre cable in my Mother’s house in Eastbourne by the engineers Ash, Jack & Kieron on 14th June.
The team were very helpful, polite, considerate, tidy and efficient in their work. Took them less than 2 hours and the new service was up and running !

Had broadband Installed this morning by Liam and Charlie. Pleasant experience. Arrived on time, discussed the options for installation and explained the process. Very friendly nothing was too much bother. Completed in a quick time, kept me informed and tidied up after themselves. Credit to the company.

I had visions of my lawn being dug up, to install the cable, when the two lads came to connect the cable from the exchange (I didn’t get their names) they explained fully, what to expect, when Jack, Ash and Kieron, came along to complete the installation. To say I was amazed, how these guys worked together, would be an understatement, they were brilliant, they were a joy and didn’t mind me watching, from time to time.
All in all, the experience was amazing, I can’t praise these guys enough. Thank you very much…

Installers Owen & Dan were fantastic, really helpful making sure the service was delivered to the desired location in the house. The works outside were efficient, clean & tidy, could barely tell they had been to be honest. Speed is great & the whole process was painless, very happy customer!
