My whole experience of dealing with Lightening Fibre has been a superb service so would rate it 5out of 5 for customer service.

Good communication with customers. Installation team turned up when they said. Installation work was carried out with a minimum of mess or fuss. Once installed, Internet reached speeds quoted. Very happy here.

I recently had lightning fibre internet installed in my property the installation went extremely well the installers George and Owen were very professional polite and very polite extremely nice chaps I had another fibre installed some months ago and these chaps knocked spots of City Fibre everything was put where I wanted and fitted so well

Good installation by the LF Team. Helpful and advised what they were doing at each stage. Decent WiFi router and extender. Download speed and latency much improved over old broadband connection and no more expensive.

The sales executive Eden Jennings Follow me with all the procedures, giving me a great deal and now I am saving money with an excellent speed broadband Internet.
The engineers Damian and Ash installed all the equipment and cables quickly and keeping all the place clean. They answer at all the questions with courtesy and efficiency.
Excellent service highly recommended.

They called me to let me know as soon as the service was available in my area and installation was arranged shortly after. The installation team were professional, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, explaining what they were doing at each stage. (As a comparison, I had initially tried to switch to BT when Lightning Fibre were not yet available and after 2 months of hassle and having my order cancelled by BT 3 times, I called Lightning Fibre. Within 3 weeks of making my initial call, Lightning Fibre is installed and up and running!)

I was very pleased with the installations of the new fibre in Eastbourne by the engineers Ash,Jack &Kieron.
The team were very helpful, polite, considerate, tidy and efficient in their work.
They are fantastic in their work and friendly.

Installation was on time, Charlie, Liam and Levi did a nice tidy job, after a quick discussion of my preferences, and all was good at that point, with everything explained and working fine.
Unfortunately the internet connection started dropping out after an hour or so, and was pretty useless for the rest of the day, but, and here's why they still got 5 stars, it was easy to get in touch by phone, and they kept me informed as to the fault, and when it should be fixed (overnight).
Sure enough, it was fine again in the morning, and not missed a beat since.
Even gave me a call a few days later to ensure I was happy.

The whole experience from start to finish with Lightning Fibre has been fantastic, from the moment I first enquired in September 2022, to the installation in June 2023, I have been kept up to date! I was told that the company would contact me when the service was live, which they did on the day! Installation was arranged promptly and the engineers were not only on-time, but very efficient and tidy! Speeds are exactly as promised and the bill is cheaper than my current supplier for far worse service! 10/10.

Had broadband Installed this afternoon by Ben and Kieron. Pleasant experience. Arrived in the time specified, discussed the options for installation and explained the process. Very friendly nothing was too much bother. Completed in a quick time, kept me informed and tidied up after themselves. Explained how to look after the trench they had to dig so the ground doesn't crack and the duct lift up. Credit to the company. Very pleased with my new speeds.

I have just had my internet connection with lightning fibre and can tell you it far superior to my last supplier l am getting double the speed for the same price which is excellent. My installers were very polite and professional George and Owen the installation went very well not a spec of mess anywhere. Well done George and Owen you are a credit to your Company. I would recommend Lighting Fibre to all if you want value for your money thanks to all concerned.<br>Regards John

Phone call day before to remind and check ready for engineers, Ricky and Ffionn. They turned up promptly and explained what needed to be done clearly and discussed with me options for placement of installation. After installation, they helped me connect and explained the lights and help available. Left all clean and tidy. Great experience.

We’ve been waiting for Lightning Fibre since they announced they’d be expanding in to Hailsham. From the Community Engagement team who knocked on our door to let us know our area would soon be available to the Sales team, it was all very easy.
On the day we had our installers (Dom and Connar) talk us through where we’d like the wire to enter the property and for the equipment to go – there were no arguments at all, despite it being a bit of a pain (sorry!). They were very professional, explaining everything every step of the way and making sure we were happy with everything they were doing. I even had someone from the Customer Service team (Karen) call and make sure I was happy with everything a few days after the install. Communication with all the staff we’ve had has been fantastic.
The speeds.. I moved across from NowTV (who were about to go up in price to £27 per month for 60mbps download) to Lightning Fibre. For about £10 a month more I am now getting 16 times the speed at 950mbps on my hardwired PC – I downloaded a 55gb game in 7 minutes, this previously would have taken HOURS. Speeds over the wifi are considerably better too!

Ben and Kieron installed our new fibre cable. They were polite and conscientious, removing their boots before entering the house, etc.
After we discussed the various alternative options in which the cable could be run, they got on with the work in a professional manner. With Kieron fitting the external cabling and Ben working inside.
As we have telegraph poles, the cable was run across our neighbour’s garden to the nearest point on our house.
Once the connection was completed, I was amazed to see how our broadband speeds had instantly shot up.
No fuss, no problems – just a smooth and simple transition. So I’m very pleased I made the decision to leave BT and switch to Lightning Fibre. As we now have much faster speeds at a considerably lower cost.
