Owen and Levi made light work of installing our new FTTP service, which required quite a long cable run! They accomodated all our requirements regarding modem and router placement and were done in virtually no time - and we had access to our new internet service immediately after. The speed is truly life-changing, even on wireless; goodbye copper! A stable service so far, and much better equipment that what you're given by Sky, et al. Go for it if you can, you won't regret it!

The guys who did my installation, Dan and Liam , were excellent they explained what they had to do and asked where I wanted the equipment to go and they tidied up before they left . The speeds I am now getting are brilliant and my son is happy as the xbox no longer lags .

Was installed in a very professional manner, was explained how and why it was going to be installed at every step and was asked if I was happy with that.
The 2 guys were friendly and answered any questions, and tidied up when they left.
The speed is fantastic and is constant at all times

A slow start due to blocked pipes in road. But kept informed of progress.when problem was sorted the install when ahead with in 1 week.RICKY&FIONN came along and installed the whole system in less than 2 hours very clean and professional installation 100% workmanship .The sales and admin staff have been in contact to check if all ok and I am happy which it is.I am getting the speed I am paying for which I could say for my previous provider ( paying for 65mbs and getting 31mbs that’s on a good day) A very big thank you lightning fibre for saving the day and wish you all the best for the future

Ricky and Fionn arrived at 8am. We informed them where we would like the service to come into the house. The installation process was explained to us. Whilst one of the guys worked from the street to the house , the other worked in the house, drilling through the wall. They were both very polite and professional about their work. Both were very tidy and left no mess. The whole experience took about 2 hours. Well done Ricky and Fionn.

Exceptional care in installation by Kieron and Jack, making sure that our dogs didn't escape and that they took care to make sure our newly planted flower bed wasn't damaged. They kept us fully informed on what to expect during the installation, what was happening and what to expect post install.
Installation was extremely smooth and very clean - you can't tell from the outside that the cable runs under the lawn, and there's no dust inside where the drilling was done.
I've had dozens of installs like this over the years with Sky, Virgin Media, BT etc., and never has it been this clean, quick and pleasant.
Speed is as promised - a great service.

From ordering and obtaining an amazing offer ! I have found the service impeccable from order to install. I received a call the day before the install to confirm if it was suitable which was great. The install team arrived and were polite and cracked on. The process of install took approx 2 hours which saw them lay the fibre cable from the pavement to my home and then install the modem and router inside my home. The speed on my Ethernet connection is 980megs and approx the same upload !!! Amazing speeds and I am one happy customer. This is a new company and at this rate they are going to see incredibly fast growth! Thank you Lightning Fibre👌

After a year of delays and chasing we finally got connected and so far are really pleased with the performance which is immediately noticeable (we switched from FTTC to FTTP) especially when streaming over Wifi.
The team who installed it were very friendly and run the fibre cable exactly where I wanted it under suspended floor so no cables on display.
There is a minor issue with the router when changing default admin password but that has no impact on the performance.
Highly recommend LF if you are able to switch 👍🏻

Lightning Fibre just finished installing my fibre internet. It was all completed in a considerate, friendly and professional manner. Years and years of substandard Internet services from every provider you can think of... Then Levi and Owen turned up today to install Lightning Fibre into the room of our choice, going above and beyond to install through a point which wasn't so easy as originally planned. I am amazed at the speed and service provided so far and a special thanks goes to Levi and Owen for working quickly and efficiently in the sweltering heat today. Knowledgeable and professional and obvious advocates for Ligthning Fibre, they show a real passion in their work!

Yesterday i had lightning fiber installed , the installation was painless . The two guys had it up and running in just 1 1/2 hours , they were very professional ,tidy and smartly dressed . I could not fought there work at all , you wouldn't of known they had taken up some of the block drive to lay the cable .When finished they explained every think to me asked if i had any questions . Thank you Lightning Fiber a great job a great service .

Good deal. Installers turned up on time and were freindly and happy to adjust installation to suit conditions. Installation took just over an hour and they left with it fully working, phones and PC connected.
