We have had Lightning fibre installed into our house and are very pleased. The lads that performed the installation were polite and thorough. They ensured everything was working including the booster which we placed in the area with weakest signal. Even though they had to lift some paving outside you would not know they had been there.

The team turned up on time on the planned day of installation and came to the door to introduce themselves prior to undertaking any work. They took time to discuss with me how I’d like the cables to be routed and where I’d like the equipment to be located.
The work was completed efficiently and effectively. All cables and equipment were installed exactly to my requirements.
Everything was explained to me prior to the team’s departure and I was left with an information leaflet. I was shown the best App to download to manage the router and extender.
I later needed to get some technical assistance with the router to connect a couple of my devices and this was provided in a timely manner.
All Lightning Fibre staff that I’ve dealt with have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend them. As a bonus, we’re getting internet speeds more than five times faster than previously and saving £50 per month. Ok, we no longer have a landline but we never used it anyway, we now rely totally on our mobile phones.

On Friday evening the internet went down, called Lightning Fibre for support, phone answered almost immediately, even though it was a few minutes to 8 and the line was about to close (when perhaps other companies wouldn’t have answered). Friendly support, clear help to resolve this issue, made sure it was all resolved before they finished for the evening. (Thanks Connar). I even got a phone call today to check all was still working as it should. Outstanding!
So many times before I came to Lightning Fibre, support meant long tedious phone calls, sat on hold, or waiting for a call back, often no quick solution. Now I’m with a provider with excellent connection usually, high speeds and quick, friendly and knowledgeable customer support.

Finally, fibre in the area! Installation was as promised: well done and on time. After just over 1 month since install I can say that the internet speed is as promised, very close to 1Gb/s - download and upload (over wired connection)! Internet it's very good on wi-fi, too. I've actually requested an additional wi-fi extender which was supplied fast and free of charge. So yes, happy with the new supplier!

The whole sales to installation process was excellent. The installers ( Matt and Damian) arrived as planned and completed the job with no mess at all. They explained each step as they completed it and left with a fully functioning excellent system. Thank you.

Can’t speak highly enough about Lightning Fibre, from signing up to install, service has been second to none, Owen, Levi and Charlie E who came to install at my property today where a superb team, installed everything efficiently and are excellent at what they do!
Also Eden who helped me sign up and get everything in place for the instal went above and beyond also.
As for the service it’s exactly as advertised, and I have no complaints at all very happy with the product.

The two guys that did the installation smartly dressed , explained what they were going to do , asked if we were happy to go ahead they then installed the fiber . the whole thing was dune in about a hour and half .
The sales team kept us informed from the start , and keeping us updated the whole time . we are very happy with the whole process . Well done Lightning Fiber .

Ash and Jack came by just to do the first fix and realised the previous owners had left all the wires in place after a quick call they stayed on and fitted everything so we are up and running 10 days before expected such great service and they were both really professional and helpful brilliant
