After being very patient my street went live recently so we have gone for it. Levi, Ben, Owen & Andy have just installed our new BB. They were exceptionally quick, professional, friendly & knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them & Lightning fibre enough & have every faith we will be extremely satisfied indeed already we’re getting around 500mb speeds already 😃

Jess and Jacob arrived at the exact time that was agreed. The installation process was explained clearly and thoroughly. Jess advised us that the estimated time for the installation was 2 hours... One hour later and everything was done to an extremely high standard and me and the family were enjoying lightning fast Internet speeds. Highly recommended to anyone looking to switch providers

Engineers were excellent, courteous, and considerate. I showed them the location for the hub on the top floor and discussed cable route, I could see some difficulties, but they assured me there was no problem. Even though they arrived well into the afternoon, they worked well and completed the installation and left site with everything up and running and cleared up well after themselves. definitely recommend this team.

Had Lightning Fibre do install this morning and all went without any problems. Very tidy work and careful choosing route of cable into home. Kieron & Charlie were fantastic with nothing too much trouble. Explained all that we needed and been up and running and very fast speeds since installation. Many thanks for all their work.

The guys who came were really friendly and professional. Talked me through everything before and afterwards and everything was straight forward. I was up and running straight away! The work they did out the front you’d never even know they’d been there. They were also very accommodating to newborn baby and nervous dog and what I thought would’ve been stressful 100% wasn’t. How refreshing to have a company who want to put themselves out to help. I as able to be connected four days before my planned installation as I was having connection issues with my existing provider. The installers were first class and fitted me in at the end of their normal working day to get me connected.
They were very friendly, undertook the work quickly and tidily and explained everything to me in detail. A+ for customer service.
The internet speeds that I am now getting are fantastic and the connection is stable.
I can't recommend Lightning Fibre enough.

I had fibre installed last week ,for the first time in 9yrs i have full Internet throughout my house .
I signed up for 500mb ,im getting through wifi 129mb minimum throughout.
Wired is speeds of 300mb ( due to equipment limitations ) .
I would thoroughly recommend having Lightning fibre .
The installation was quick and trouble free, both engineers were courteous and didn't leave until i was happy with the service.

Additionally they helped us work through the best place to put the new kit to keep it tidy and even swept up their own mess afterwards. (I think our floor is cleaner now than when they first got here.) I would highly recommend both their services and lightning fibre as an ISP.
