Installation was fast and everything was left clean and tidy. The installers, Levi and Luke were very friendly and kept us informed about what they were doing. After theconnection there were a couple of teething issues which were sorted out quickly by support.

Got told 2 different things by different people.

Customer service didn't help I still have less mbps that I pay for ment to have 1 gig and 800 wireless I get 600 wired and 500 wireless. But apparently no issue so they won't have a look it at.

I had previously had an installation cancelled because they discovered a problem but when the installation team came the second time there was another problem,
I was told that it could take a while to resolve.
But the engineers didn't just leave it there, they worked outside until almost 6pm that evening with no joy then told me they would be back the next day.
They came first thing in the morning and by lunchtime they had resolved the problem so left and sent the installation team back round, by the evening we had fibre installed...fabulous

When the installers, Charlie and Kieron came to connect everything they did so quickly and were very polite and helpful. They respected our property and I was totally blown away with the speed of the connection. Music and software updates downloaded in seconds rather than minutes with the old copper wire. Very impressed

From the first to last contact re the installation the company were professional and explained all aspects of the installation. Fionn and Liam carried out a great neat and tidy installation of cables and equipment and I am more than happy and now have a fantastic fibre internet service.

What can i say. Overall service has been fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful. Only 24 since install, so far all is good. Original booking was excellent, installation crew was a lovely lady and gentleman, turned up early and cleaned up as they went. Family are over moon with the new WiFi speed. Had to phone about an item i couldn't get on the WiFi but they sent me an email to help and all sorted.

The installers arrived within the allowcated timeslot that I was given. They were very curtious and we're happy to route the fibre cableling where I suggested. I have CCTV and wanted the router placed close to the VCRs so they could be LAN connected rather than WiFi as before. Included With the package came a WiFi extender enabling internet TV in my garden chalet/cabin. I was offered a great deal, too good to turn down especially as my current provider had just increased my subscription by £1.50 more than I'm paying now. Also, the new speed is actually more than 6 x what I had before. I'm very happy to award 5 stars

Came and installed on the 19th July , took a little over an hour and a half. The chaps were polite and respectful, really great guys. Very happy with the service and the internet speed. Would highly recommend.

From my first contact with Lightning Fibre, the team were friendly, accessible and knowledgeable.
Charlie and Kieron, who carried out the installation, were professional, friendly, thoughtful, particularly about where to put the cabling, and knowledgeable.
So far, the package has been fine. The speed (200 - 500 mbs) adequate for my needs and no drop-outs, which had been a problem with my previous provider.

We decided to switch to Lightning Fibre from our previous provider as the prices were constantly going up for speeds that wouldn't match the full fibre provided here.

At first we were delayed a bit as they had to look into our street to determine if we could even get it. We were kept up to date via email with the friendly staff, and luckily they determined it was possible.

Come to the day of the switch, and two lovely chaps, Charlie and Kieron, turned up at the door at the allotted time. They explained to us the process that would take place, asked for preference of where the fibre boxes should be, and showed us the exact route they would take to connect our house with the fibre in the street.
Throughout the whole process they kept us informed of how it was going and if there were any concerns. A bit of drilling and some (very nicely done!) cable routing later, they had everything set up and began diagnostics on the network connection. Once they had adjusted some of the cables, it was complete; well within half an hour.

They then went through the equipment with us, the leaflet, who to contact, answered my questions, and finally a survey of whether we were happy with the service they had provided.

We were very happy with what Charlie and Kieron had done, and we are getting the full 150Mb/s symmetrical connection we had signed up for (and excellent latency). So far we haven't run into any issues (rock solid connection with no drop-outs), but if we do, we at least know that there are local, friendly staff on-hand available to assist where needed.

We can see a lot of other customers share a similar sentiment with Lightning Fibre. I hope they keep up this excellent service and care, as beyond all else, how you treat your customer is how you retain and grow a strong business.

The guys that fitted our internet were really professional and polite, nothing was too much for them. They asked where things were needed to go and even stopped work when my daughter got upset and let her call down before carrying on, one was called Liam

From beginning to end of ordering the full fibre Internet with lightning fibre was so easy. Their staff were so helpful and courteous regardless wether it was the telephone staff or the engineers.
The only thing I would say that was frustrating was waiting a long time to get the blockage sorted before the could do the installation. That said I would recommend them and it really does give the speeds they say.

So had to wait a while for the service to become available, no reflection on lightning fibre, to be honest Openreach don’t even have a timescale for having fibre in my area so kudos to these local fibre companies.

The sales team and all interaction with Lightning Fibre has been promising and make you feel valued as a customer.

The install team Liam and Callum are a credit to Lightning Fibre, courteous, polite and keep you informed throughout the whole install.

A tip to anyone changing to Lightning Fibre or any other ISP - These days we have many household products utilising our Wi-Fi, lights, speakers, TV’s, rather than re add everything to a new router manually, login to the new router and use the existing SSID and password, everything will pick up a new address and re-join, remember to unplug the old router once you have configured the new one !
