I would like to thank Charlie .Liam.And Owen who came and installed my lightning fibre today nothing was to much trouble for them when i asked for there help to set up my tvs and even my grandsons vr and ipad .im 67 and would not have a clue to set them up properly it would of taken me all day .so once again would like to say thank u to the lovely team.they are an assett to your company .

Jess, Jacob & Cully carried out the installation a week ago & they were friendly and professional. It took about 2 hours and they were very tidy in their work. They kindly switched over my smart phone to Lightning Fibre for me. After they left I was easily able to change my 2 PC's, Smart TV and printer as well. They have all been running perfectly ever since. I would definitely recomend Lightning Fibre for internet speed and cost.

As we are renovating our home I asked the installation team to run the cables in a certain way, so they would not be seen on completion of our works. The team accommodated our requests. Everything was done in a tidy and polite way. It’s now nice to have a high speed connection. Well done fibre lightening.

Very impressed. During connection the guys had a look, asked me where I wanted the socket, discussed the cable run & talked me through the process. Left neat & tidy with super fast internet. I had a service outage over the weekend due to the new setup but it was fixed on Monday first thing. Very good local company.

We decided to switch to Lightning Fibre as our previous providers speeds were dire, and we had some friends who recommended LF. We are very happy we took their advice! Speeds are so much better, and the price is very good. Ash and Jack were on time, tidy and did a great job. They confidently answered all of our questions. Brilliant service!

I had my Lightning Fibre installed this week by Levi & Owen. They were so super helpful in showing me everything and telling me what to expect etc. They were such lovely gentleman and they are a credit to the company!

Really excellent service. Harry in the office was polite and his suggestions helpful. Levi & Callum were the installation engineers. On time, very polite.
I had a few questions about positioning of the equipment. All answered and my requests undertaken.
Everything check for connections etc. Great speed. 494Mbs up and down. I have a long Cat 5 cable running 30m into my man cave and it's easily handling those speeds. Whew!

The two contractors who attended my house to install LF were so professional and answered my numerous questions. They listened to my concerns about Wi-Fi installing in my large house with two tennagers in the house. I was always concerned about changing from BT and our signal but these two men allayed any worries I had listening and adapting install appropriately. I am very grateful Thank you.
