A professional, friendly & helpful team, from start, setting up the equipment outside a few weeks ago to those setting up the equipment inside, minimal impact on the lawn as cable runs underground. Neat & tidy inside. Lots of information given as to what was happening on arrival. Lots of help with setting up the router etc.
Very importantly I felt comfortable with having the team in the house.

Ashley and Jack were very polite and informative and discussed at length the best options at installation which was very neat. A few days later a minor technical issue occurred which meant contacting customer help on a Sunday evening and I was delighted ( and surprised ) to get straight through to a human being (Ellie I believe ) who resolved the issue and organised a prompt engineer visit. Excellent service.

The broadband service is impressively fast and I haven't had any issues since I subscribed over three months ago. I only needed to contact customer service once and they were very efficient. The price is very reasonable compared to other companies. My contract is for 2 years, but I will definitely stay with them indefinitely.
