Not an easy installation as quite a way from the road but everything neat and tidy with very little disruption. So far speeds are excellent

I found Lightning Fibe very professional, they were fast efficient and tidy. It took approx 3weeks from order to installation. The two guys who installed the kit were helpful and informative. I also received a telephone call after installation to check that everything was satisfactory.

We wanted to ensure a discreet, aesthetically-pleasing installation and Lightning Fibre agreed to send engineers out ahead of a sign-up/installation visit to talk through with us what we wanted. This was all handled very well and we were lucky to have the same guys (Kieron & Charlie) call again to perform the installation. Friendly, can-do and professional attitude made this successful installation a pleasure (Sky Q boxes eventually willing!). Thanks guys.

Dan and George were very polite and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and put the boxes where I wanted. They both worked well together and were very clean and tidied as they worked. I have been waiting for the Lightning fibre service to go live in my area for nearly 2 years, as there have been problems with BT cables here for many years.
finally the installation date was set and the team arrived to do the install. Charlie, Kireon and Jack were very profesional and freindly, kept me informed of their progress and problems. Despite things not going to plan initially, by the end of the day all was working better than expected. It's great to finaly have broadband that works and at the speed promised.

I had my lightning fibre installed by Dan and George. They came on time and worked quickly and efficiently to get our broadband going. Apart from one minor problem which was resolved very quickly we had no issues. It’s been working with no problems with 5 people in the house all on their devices over a week now. So far so good. I would recommend.
