Levi and Keiron were spot on with the installation being very friendly chaps. Very clean and tidy and Levi took into consideration that my daughter was scared of loud drills and gave me a warning as requested, when he was about to start.

Contacted Lightning Fibre as our current internet package with another provider was due to end in December, given an offer that was too good to refuse so went ahead with lightning, everything laid out crystal clear regarding service, payments and installation date, received a call the day before to confirm installation was going ahead, engineers (Matt and Billy) arrived, top blokes, went through entire installation process with me, easy to understand and minimal interruption to personal work schedule. Internet up and running at ludicrous speeds compared to before. No complaints, keep up the good work.

I was given a date for installation and was called the day before to confirm. The technicians arrived as per time slot and went through what they would be doing and where to put the equipment etc. The guys were quick and tidy and on completion gave me an information leaflet about lightning fibre with who to call if any problems arise. A very good job, well done.

Very polite, courteous and respectfull of my property.They explained the process clearly and answered any questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble. Called in August 2022 to register our interest for the Hailsham connection. I was told to call in September when they would be ready. I called in September and told to try in October. This went on until February this year when I decided to sign up to Vodafone instead. I can’t fault the politeness of the people I spoke to and give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, the lack of information they had available to them from the engineers about the Hailsham service gets 1 star. 3 stars overall and a lost customer.

Everything from the communication around the original digging up of our road, to the ordering process, to the installation was very efficient, smooth and friendly! Everyone in the various teams that we spoke to/saw were really helpful and the install team did a great job running the cables into the house under the front lawn without a trace! Very happy with the line speeds so far. This is a great local company doing brilliant work!

We had shown our interest in joining LF last year but were told they weren't live in our area until July 2023. We had a call back in July asking if we were still interested. They were actually on time with when they said they would go live - first thumbs up.
The service I had on the phone, explaining options, costs and timelines was fantastic. Really friendly, very knowledgeable and understanding - second thumbs up. Then the install. The day before I had a call confirming the appointment, the team were here bang on time. Again, very friendly team, explained the work clearly and asked me where we wanted things (within reason). Immaculate work carried out at lightning speed... The service received in terms of internet has been smooth and no problems. Very, very happy from start to end.

Having been with Lightning fibre for 2 years with excellent service and speeds i signed up for another 2 years with what was meant to be even faster speeds, but initially was given new equipment which was awful slow and inconsistent speeds. After a week of chasing eventually lightning fibre changed it back. Do not get the new equipment

Switched to Lightning Fibre from a big name and have been nothing but impressed with the service. From customer service in switching to Fionn & Joel who came to install. Both were so polite, hard-working and really did the best job possible, including avoiding some tricky paving.
Had a small issue since installation and Joel was back within an hour to rectify the issue, again top service, couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks so much.

Had Lightning Fibre installed by Charlie and Kieron, Both very friendly and polite, Talked about all aspects of the installation and made sure I was fully happy of where they would place the cable. All work was done professionally. Broadband speeds are exactly as advertised.

Quick installation, friendly guys explained everything to me. My speed has gone from a very poor 30 to 400 at the same cost, so far so good. Would recommend lightning fibre to anyone especially to those that work from home and need a reliable connection.

Very friendly & professional at all times, they explained the cable route to make sure I was happy.
Installed all the equipment & made sure everything was working properly, prior to cleaning up & leving.
