Been waiting patiently for Lightning Fibre to come to our street for some time but it's been worth the wait. Installation was expertly done by Frederick and Charlie, and all with a smile despite being tricky and sweltering hot! Internet speed is blisteringly fast compared to our old one. Going to make WFH considerably easier.

Very impressed with Lightning fibre from initial telephone contact through to installation and a follow up courtesy call to confirm everything was ok. Installation team very helpfull and professional. Everything explained and any questions answered before,during and after installation.I now have high speed internet at less than half the price of my previous supplier. Highly recommend

Everything was explained well, the installation team were on time and they done a very good job, after a slight issue the following day, this was quickly resolved and the service is working fine. The bonus is that the repeater gives me a good signal in my garden.

When lightning get it right they get it right, local personal touch with high quality product. Just don't go with the new boxes. Having been a customer for over 2 years we signed a new contract, for another 2 and they installed new WiFi boxes which were awful bad signal, low coverage had to get the old boxes reinstalled which took too long but they eventually sorted.

Installation was done very quick compared to estimated time given, and the guys that done it were very polite and respectful and done a tidy job went to hoover up dust like I had to after sky a few years ago but not one spec of dust had been left behind… no issues with broadband speeds or connections so far and I must say I love the fact that I can just hover smart phones and tablets over the qr code and boom connected to WiFi. Definitely recommend and I’m only a few days in noticed a huge difference.
