Great all round experience. Credit to Eden who first contacted me and offered Lightning Fibre. Efficient, polite and always there to answer my questions. Neat and tidy installation carried by Joel and Fionn in a timely manner. Could not recommend the company more and the best bit is the super fast broadband I now enjoy.

We had a blocked straw from the house that looked like it would cause us to be delayed, the engineers came up with a work around that meant we were able to go live! its the thinking outside the box that has made my day. fantastic service all round.

We recently had our fibre installed by Liam and Jacob. They were able to get the fibre line installed neatly and all the work was very tidy. They were able to answer all my questions, set up the modem, router and extender and explain it all. So far we have been very happy with the speed of both the upload and download whilst having a much lower latency than our old provider.

We had to rearrange the initial date for the pre-install. This was easy and trouble free! Liam & Charlie explained different options and we quickly settled on where best to install equipment which would cause minimum fuss and maximum connectivity. A week later Charlie and Kieran returned! All done quickly. All three were very polite, professional and went the extra mile. (Even making a fuss of my young dog that wanted attention!) Charlie and Kieran checked I was fully happy with installation before leaving. Definitely recommend :)

Had our installation undertaken yesterday by Levi and Owen. It took around 1.5hrs from start to finish and works perfectly and with minimal disruption or mess.
