When first setting this up over the phone, the operator whos name was Ryan Mcandrews was one of the best internet provider operators i have ever spoke to. He made sure everything was crystal clear helped with a deal for me to do with my current isp which i am very grateful of. i couldnt have wished for a more seemless transition to the amazing lightning fibre
As of the 13th of september 2023 I had the installation team consisting of Liam and Joel who were extremely friendly and very speedy at the installation helped me move items of furniture as im disabled and put them back for me, They also sorted out all my cables and wires for my devices, Showed me how to conect more efficently.
All in all the phone and installation teams are amazing and deserve more recognition if anyone at lightning fibre reads this.

Liam & Joel installed our fibre connection recently and did a great job. Despite arriving late in the afternoon nothing was rushed, everything was left neat and tidy and the new kit was explained and demonstrated thoroughly. The speed of the connection is incredible - over 900Mbs over wireless is just amazing. The hardware is all of good quality and feels built to last. Monthly cost is the same as I had been paying BT for a 50Mb connection! Really impressed.

Friendly helpful engineers (Levi / Owen), fast efficient service. Minimal installation times, mess and damage to brickwork / lifted paving slabs and drilled through walls but this is to be expected. All sealed and covered with rain covers.

All seems to be working extremely well. Thanks. I am concerned about the fibre on my outer wall. It is completely unprotected and I wonder if I ought to install some protection but Lightning Fibre has reassured me that the fibre is correctly installed and that the fibre is covered by a protective sheath. Excellent all round.

I was given a higher speed than I paid for.
The cable was passed through the front garden and a hub was placed on either side of a drilled hole on the wall. Right next to the BT tunnel for copper cables.

They were not aware of the problems our property would create for them until they arrived (and there were a few!), but they worked hard as a Team in communication with us to get everything done quickly, efficiently and with professionalism – all with a smile and good working relationship between them. I selected Lightning Fibre because of other favourable reviews and David in sales took the time to understand our needs and find a good solution. Happy to report that the team worked well to overcome some technical challenges and Matt and Billy were flexible, patient and skilful with the installation. Speeds are exactly as promised. Really pleased so far and confident in this team to provide good service going forward.

I have been on the waiting list since the early days of the works to install the fibre network across Eastbourne.
Fed up with the consistently poor performance of the copper network and frequent issues with network speeds I couldn’t wait to get fibre and its speeds. I work from home permanently and the connection to decent internet is vital.
Everyone I have dealt with at Lightning Fibre has been super clear and super awesome. Harry in customer services has regularly kept me up to date with when installation might be likely.
The installers Levi and Owen were great. They called ahead the day before and were prompt in the day of installation. They were here for less than an hour, explained everything, installed quickly and cleaned up after themselves.
I’ve had the fibre for 2 weeks now and and delighted. Speeds are consistent and I have had no problems.
It is also great to be dealing with a local company and not a corporate behemoth who don’t give a ****.
