They installed my lightening fibre this week and the 2 engineers that did this were polite, efficient and helpful when I asked questions. In terms of putting the cables and boxes in, I was part of the decision process as to where they went. I was up and running on my broadband before they left with an explanation of how to work it all.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, no false promises, installed when they said they would, liaised on cable route and did their best. My only beef would be that the cable is dug in bearly below the surface of the ground making it liable to damage.

Unfortunately it took a long time to get to our area. I was happy to wait and “over the moon” that I did. On the installation day Levi and Owen the engineers went above and beyond expectations to make sure that we were up and running as quickly as possible and spent time checking and explaining how to get the best from Lightning Fibre. Performance wise we have gone from a sluggish 26mbps from our previous supplier to a slick 500mbps from Lightning Fibre.

Damian and Billy installed the full fiber in our home and the process was smooth and straightforward. They explained us the pros and cons about the possible position of the router, and after 1.30 hours we were online at full speed. I would also thanks Ryan from customer service, which explained us the contract and assisted during the selling process supplying many useful information.

To have a local company that follows up to verifies that all went well and everything is running as it should do is so refreshing , This is a first for me to have broadband fitted that works great and DOES NOT DROP OUT or the speed drops off as most other providers do after a few weeks

I’ve been waiting to switch to a super fast provider for some time as my existing service did not provide it. Lightning Fibre were able to offer this while the big corporates sat on their backsides and assumed they had me as a customer for life. Great to see a local firm beat them to it. LF laid the cables and were proactive in finding new customers. Installation was quick and easy. I now have 3 x the speed at two-thirds of the price. Well done LF.
