Installed today and the 2 guys did a brilliant job. Quick, tidy and very informative. Did a couple of speed tests and it is very fast. All devices connected with ease. Local company so have been told they are very quick on fixing issues

The phone call prior to installation was to a local person who spoke good English and was allowed to speak freely without set phrases only. It was surprisingly easy to speak with someone this way compared to some companies! The engineers turned up when they were supposed to first time and did the job quickly and efficiently in all aspects. When they left, the broadband was working and I have had no trouble since then. You also get a free booster for another area of your house should you need it.

Really impressed with Lightning Fibre. The installation team - Ashly and Jack - were on time and super efficient. The whole thing took less than two hours and at the end there was absolutely no mess - either in the house or garden. And in the couple of weeks since, the broadband has been working perfectly, something we were not able to say about either of the providers we have used in recent years. Highly recommend this supplier.

Due to some issues, George and Dan had to wait 45 minutes before they could start installing our broadband. They were very kind and patient even on a Friday evening. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

The gentlemen that come to fit it were extremely pleasant and friendly. Done very quickly, they had to come back the next day as there was an issue. But sorted the next day, only one criticism it would be good to give an idea of the time they intend to come back on the next day.

Ash and Jack were friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. They made sure everything worked as it should and gave helpful advice. I’m in the process of changing over from BT to LF and am really pleased to have taken the decision at last. I liked what Ash & Jack told me about the company. It seems they are good employers, which is not always the case these days. All power to a really promising locally based company!

I Initially chose Lightning fibre because they won't put the price of your contract up while it's in place, unlike all the other providers I looked at. I also found dealing with their telephony staff refreshingly easy and incredibly polite. I registered with them at first as the service wasn't immediately available and true to their word they called me the moment it did. The engineers that came to install were incredibly professional, polite and put a lot of effort into how to lay the cabling through my front garden. They did a fantastic job inside the house and were very respectful, very tidy, and consulted with me all through the process. Since installing the service has been working perfectly. All in all, I've found the business to be incredibly efficient, human and personal. Such a difference from every other telephony company I've ever dealt with. Could not recommend more.
