Fred and Matt that fitted the Fibre were polite and very professional and the speed is outstanding also they are independent from B.T which is good because the service Was getting from Talk Talk was unless .I would recommend Lighting fibre to anybody.for there service.

My broadband was installed on Tuesday 26th and within about an hour of the knock on the door, it was up and running smoothly. This was a really pleasant surprise as I had been informed by another provider that the duct from the road to the house was blocked and they would need to dig an access trench in front of the house which I didn't want. Lightning Fibre not only said they could clear it without any digging but also did so prior to the install on the day. We are thus delighted that they did exactly what they said they would. Dan and Billy were excellent on the install performing a quick, clean install with no fuss. Thanks to all concerned with my connection including Eden on sales, for convincing me Lightning Fibre could do it, and those unseen workers who cleared the blockage in the duct. Overall I had excellent service and I can thoroughly recommend Lightning Fibre.

Dan M and Billy M installed out super fast Fibre earlier in the week; was just a swap over from City Fibre. I use the internet for work daily and they were friendly and efficient switched me over in no time atall. They resolved isues they foudn nicely and left with nice smooth internet. The addition of a decent spec reouter and Wifi repeaters giving me whole house WiFi. Only impressed so far.

Misleading when signing up and although I know what was said did not make a difference.
Also speed I have paid for is not what I am getting.
And although faster than my last supplier everything is slower, they tell me because this is because not wired to the system but surely the whole point of getting faster speed is for improved WiFi connectivity without a cable.

Well what can I say? My fibre was installed by Nathaniel, Andy and Nate yesterday, I am extremely happy with these guys; very polite and efficient as were the two that came a couple of weeks ago to sort out a blockage. Well happy with everyone at Lightning Fibre that I have dealt with. Waiting now for Vonage to port my landline number.

Damian and Billy from the Lightning Fibre install team carried out a first class new installation a couple of days ago… super helpful and knowledgeable and taking great care of the house both outside and inside. The service itself is incredibly stable and delivers exactly what the contract says… the customer service team are available over the phone super quickly and so far this is shaping up to be the way things should have always been but - in my experience - the big multinational telecom companies have routinely failed to deliver. Plus no APR percentage increases on the contract price each year! Thank you Lightning Fibre!

Haven't actually had my service installed yet, however I've received absolutely phenomenal customer service from a lad called Harry. Couldn't fault him in anyway, got me a fantastic deal and was extremely friendly and helpful. Managed to sway me into leaving a contract with BT that I only started a couple of months ago. Would 100% recommend not only looking into what Lightning Fibre could offer you but also speaking to Harry who is brilliant at his Job!

The experience in changing from normal broadband with a renown supplier to LF was really easy, thanks to Henry in the sales team.
