Outstanding service from Lightning Fibre. This local fledgling company went above and beyond to provide fibre to my home. Support from LIAM CASTLE was top notch, he organised permits, works and made fibre possible for my neighbours and I.

The installation team turned up when they said they would. They then talked me through the installation, advised me how and where the cable could be routed. ( I had to alter where I was originally going to site the box. All went well and was left neat. I couldn't fault them. They connected my TV for me and showed me that lt was all working

Installation was quick, they discussed all the steps beforehand and fixed where they needed to break to pass the cables through and overall is a very good quality job for the installation and now I have 500 Mbs on WiFi on my most performing devices (the slow ones are not able to use all the available bandwidth anyway.

Install all went well, they talked through all the activities to take place and ensured I was fully happy with the approach. Install completed and good connection now in place and received follow up call a few days later just to be sure all was ok.

From installers Dan and George, people on the phone and the staff in their office came across very knowledgeable, helpful and ready to please you. These days, these qualities are getting less and less. That is why we are very pleased for the move that we made. We must not forget the technology either but that is almost given.

We have received a a good initial contract which is very reasonable.
Recently our outside line was inadvertently severed by driveway pavement contractors. Lightning Fibre have repaired it free of charge on this occasion. So far we are very pleased with the company. A big improvement over our previous company BT.
If this level of service continues we shall no doubt be long term customers.
