I have waited a couple of weeks since the installation to provide this review to get over any bedding in problem. Happy to say there have not been any.
Lightning Fibre was installed on 26th September by Liam and Joel who were excellent. They arrived earlier than scheduled (having telephoned me first), discussed where everything would go and have made a lovely neat job of it all.
I have a steady 300mbs up and down to the box and to my PC which is hardwired in. Wi-Fi varies considerably around the house but still getting over 50mbs at the furthest point. Small issue with the extender which seems to think it is out of range of the modem. Still playing with that. Worse case I'll have to call them back but we'll see.
Very happy with the speed and everyone I have dealt with at the company and would thoroughly recommend them if you are looking for a new, well priced broadband provider.

I'm in the process of getting their broadband and these guys have some of the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of using. They always answer the phone almost straight away, are super friendly and are a huge help, and their phone lines are open from 8am-8pm (at time of writing) which is just so convenient. Never a fuss to have to call them, highly recommend.

I mean we're talking Star Trek grade Internet... this is mad. We went from 46mbps DL and 9.58mbps UL with Sky to a WHOPPING 670mbps DL and 732mbps UL...! And that's with wireless! Our installation contractors were Charlie, Ben and Nate. They took a look around the property and the options, explained how everything connects from outside the property to inside - no question was too difficult or tedious to answer. Installation took about an hour as they were scoping out safety and options. We have a very neatly installed box on the wall. We are just thrilled to bits with the speed at which everything loads. Video called my mum and she asked me if I was sitting at a webcam at computer - I was using my phone. She noticed how super clear everything looked even on her side recieving our calls. So glad Lightning Fibre are smashing up the old BT / Sky networks and customer service methods. Glad to be with you guys.

We've just switched over to them with the help of the sales team Chris. I'd had consistent check in with them throughout the process of these guys coming to our area, just checking in and letting us know they know we're interested in switching. Today they called us and we made the switch over after comparing prices with our previous provider and finding they simply couldn't match anywhere NEAR even the minimum technical deliveries LF can. After talking it through, have made the switch. Please note our service hasn't gone live yet, this is a reflection of the sales team's approach. I'll be coming back to amend this review with dates to reflect the ongoing journey with these guys. So far, absolutely do recommend.<br><br>EDIT: 09/10/2023<br>All installed. Was very good - not as fast installation process as you'd expect as they have to do some serious physical digging and drilling to get the cabling in from the junctions to the house, but we were fortunate most of it was along the garden wall so fairly simple. New box is slimmer than expected and sits neatly against the wall. We did a test for our speeds and it is breathtakingly obscene how much faster it is compared to our previous ISP. Contractors who did the work were professional - took their time, didn't rush through to explain, and no question was too dumb (or repetitive) to ask. They surveyed the installation options with us, explained the differences in each various location and gave us a booster for upstairs. Neat and tidy.

What a great install from the LF team, arrived on site and was greeted politely and professionally, the engineers Damian and billy talked me through the whole process and adapted to my requirements. Extremely professional and competent engineers who paid attention to detail even clearing up after themselves then talking me through the whole system set up and expected speeds, troubleshooting and making sure I’m happy with the overall outcome. Such a refreshing experience.

From start to finish their service has been fantastic. Initially dealing with Robin in sales who was very efficient, easy and approachable who provided excellent customer services. It’s been a month now and I consistently measure Wi-Fi speeds of 900Mb - 1.1Gb. Even get 250Mb via the wireless extender in a previously dead bedroom. Dan & George were great and installation was quick and efficient. *****

The whole experience with Lightning Fibre has been excellent from start to finish. I called to enquire about ending another contract early and the lady I spoke with was friendly and helpful. We booked in the installation, and I received a call the day before confirming that I was still happy for everything to go ahead. The engineers were on-time and really friendly, although they did keep getting distracted by fawning over my dog! The whole install took under an hour and they kept my existing broadband live during so I could continue working. The engineer set up a booster too for me to improve the speeds. My internet was immediately at the highest my package allowed and has not dipped since. I also received a follow-up call a few days later, in which I mentioned that I couldn't put the booster provided in my living room due to range. A second booster was posted out to me the same day for no extra charge! I cannot recommend this provider enough and thank you Lightning Fibre for all your help.

Damian and Billy did a fantastic job with our Lightning Fibre installation. As I was dealing with other things at the time, they quickly found out where I wanted the items installed, and they got on with everything speedily and with a minimum of fuss. Before I knew it they were complete and the work had been carried out to the highest standard. The speeds are exactly as promised, and wifi coverage around the house is great from the provided router. Overall, Lightnig Fibre have been absolutely awesome.

Jess & Fred were fantastic during our installation, and we have had no problems with connection since they left. Fibre is quick, easy to understand and Jess was very comprehensive during the install and set up to explain the process.

This was worth the wait. Damian and Billy arrived today to install our 1Gbps Fibre broadband. They explained the whole process to me and although they deployed an overhead cable. They finished in under an hour. Very neat and tidy installation. Totally professional and polite. Thank you Lightning Fibre
