A friendly reception and enquiry as to what we were looking for today. Shown a wide range of appliances and given a brief description of some. Enquired about what we were replacing and of our future need. The best seller they had was shown to us with no favour to a particular brand given. We actually went with their advice and purchased the best selling appliance. The delivery was prompt and the installation and removal painless. I would definitely recommend D.B. Domestics.

Went to DB Domestics as I have had previous experience with them and have always had excellent service. Two big advantages of buying from DB Domestics is to be able to see their large range of ovens and not just view them online. Secondly, their staff are very well informed. All in all a very satisfactory day and I am delighted with my purchase.

We visited to purchase a new washing machine. We found the sales assistant very helpful, and informative. We purchased the machine. Which was delivered and fitted (free), and they took our old one away (free). Very pleased with the service, and our new machine.

Purchased new dishwasher online and received a call from DB Electrics that the machine wasn't currently available. Offered a more expensive machine and this was discounted to match the price I had paid. All of the machines are far cheaper than those on the usual internet sites and I was really amazed that despite this DBE also offer free fitting and recycling. A great company to do business with.

Without Doubt one of the best services I have ever received - ordered over the phone and with in 24 hours we were using our new dishwasher, they took the old one away - they were quick , efficient, tidy, absolutely tiptop - one of the best companies in Eastbourne and when you ring them........they answer the phone, crazy eh- no automated attendant, press 1 for this - 2 for that 6 for something else - they answer the phone and you can talk to a real person

I went into the store and ordered kitchen appliances, so much to choose from and very reasonably priced, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. All goods were delivered in a timely manner. We will definitely be going back for more.

Quick delivery but did not level up the appliance so it was wobbly and noisy.Soon as I was aware I called and they returned super quick to correct it.Overall a good service with a small hiccup.Would order from DB again in the future.
