Fantastic service. Took my sick Miele hoover in at 10.30am and was told it would be a few days. By the time I got home at 12. 30, I'd had a message that it had been repaired and was as good as new!! Picked it up at 5pm the same day - fantastic service and very helpful and cheerful staff.

A very helpful man, David,answered the DB phone and took our order the next day once we had thought more about it. Delivery was prompt the following day at no extra charge and the goods were in good condition. Well done for doing what we would expect all good firms to do, and at a good price.

We’ve always found DB Electronics a very good company to deal with. They are very efficient and polite and explain everything in layman’s terms.
