I haven’t got enough words to say how fantastic my experience with this Company was. Whilst recovering after major surgery my microwave packed in. I called DB Domestics and spoke to Zoe. She was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. She sent me photos, dimensions and prices for each. She also helped me to make the right decision and organised delivery the next day. Dan the manager was great, and delivered my new microwave the following day, set it up and took my old microwave away. Any new appliance I get in the future will most definitely be from this Company. I can’t endorse them enough. Absolutely fantastic service.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my many questions. He took as much time as we needed to make our choice and made us feel confident in our choice. in a utility area separate from the house, upon our return the old machine had been removed and taken away, the new machine had been plumbed in and was ready for use. Excellent service.

ordered a inset fire dimplex bhc20e, had it fitted, seems odd as flames on back plate didnt seem to show in the whole fire so called Dbdomestics and spoke to Steph, photos sent, follow up call was great, so long story short, was not the fire, we tested it in the afternoon, so didn't get the full effect of the flames, we called and explained our fault, but the help we received was brilliant, thanks Steph, so if you buy a flame flicker fire, check it at night or pull All the blinds. Thanks Dbdomestics great fire great service, we will be back !! james wendy

Took our almost new Henry Hoover in To DB as it had stopped working.They diagonised the problem straight away and phoned back the SAME day and said it was repaired.Great service.Usually get our electricks from here because of their service.The hoover came originally from Currys who are hopeless for anty repairs.Would highly recommend DB'
